Best car wash around!! Employees are always so kind and helpful (I always chat with Jerry!) and LOVE having use of the towels and cleaning products. My fave by far!

Money was stolen off my card. I was told I made a mistake. I had issues when it was cash wash U.S.A. taken money from my accounts without approval , but tried to give them another chance. They act like i lied. I am owed $53.99 . Now they say they can’t find me in the system for a refund. Seriously stealing. I should call the police.

I was coming every weekend to wash my car and the manager convinced me to go unlimited and it was the best decision I made!! They keep the property clean and always stocked with clean towels and glass cleaner and interior cleaner and most importantly the vacuums always WORK!! The managers and employees are always friendly and helpful and they even gave us air fresheners!! Stop by and clean your vehicle in peace you won’t regret it!!Service: Auto detailing

Take 5 is best car wash I have ever visited. It is quick! Good cleaning! The monthly membership is super! We need more Take 5 car wash locations in West Tennessee like in Arlington, Lakeland, Bartlett, Union City and Martin!

Love this wash!! My favorite is the pressurized air guns that they added by every vacuum, really helps get all the little bits and pieces!! (And all the provided cleaners and rags are very much appreciated)The employees are always paying attention and have a good attitude. Shout out to Tim, such a good worker, never stops moving, and always offering help and a smile to any and all customers!!I can’t see myself going to a different car wash, this one is simply unbeatable.

If I could give zero I would. The site manager is horrible. Their car wash ruined my windshield, and he told me to deliver two estimates. I did that now I have to wait possibly a few weeks until I can get my windshield fixed. Why? This isn't my error. Then he says I don't have to keep coming to the establishment yes I do if I have no information not only that he never called me back. Lawsuit I can smell it. He then says you act like it's a BMW no it's not but it is a $50,000 truck. Just so unprofessional. I will see Mr. C in court and lets see if he move his feet quicker and say the same thing in court. A shame. The younger boys said they always have problems damaging folks cars

We used this service for about 7 months. We moved out of state in May of 2022 and canceled our account. However it seems this company has still been charging our card for monthly service even after we moved and canceled. Be sure to check your credit card to make sure they are not charging for service that was canceled.Services: Vacuuming

The car wash itself is amazing, definitely get your money’s worth BUT THE MANGER ? The manger was late even Blew the horn at me to move out his way so that he can turn on the equipment.The vacuums were not on by the time my wash was completed. And the gentleman had the nerve to come to me & ask to see my phone to give himself a 5 star review. Literally, Reaching for my phone to actually type it himself ?As a member of the community, I believe someone more professional should manage.
