Will was amazing in his performance on signing the customers in order along with exceeding the standard of excellence. Tension was rising with the customers demand, however he stayed calm and kept the crowd entertained. He’s the only reason I was patient enough to stay because the line was super long and super packed.

I want to personally thank one employee at this store named Will. I came to T-mobile multiple times to fix an issue with my phone and was told that nothing could be done however Will was patient and persistent and got done what needed to be done.

The guy in the pink gym shoes is so rude. After waiting for so long, he refused to take my payment because I ask him was it safe to insert my bank card in his hand Device. He wouldn't answer. He has very poor customer service skills, he does not need to work in Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff gave me bad information that ended up wasting a lot of my time. I had specific questions about our phone plan, and the representative assured me that I was good to go. However, getting home, I discovered that my problem was not resolved and nothing was actually done. When I called customer service to try and resolve the issue, they told me that the information I was given at the store was incorrect.Overall, I felt misled and frustrated by my experience at this T-Mobile location. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that the representative did not take the time to ensure that the information they were giving me was accurate. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their training and customer service in the future

Made an appointment yesterday to do an update on my phone. Came to today for my 12 o’clock appointment just to find out that the phone I want is not available. Basically wast my time coming here. Seem like I should have been told this yesterday when the gentleman made my appointment. Over t-mobile. Verizon here I come!

My Samsung Galaxy S20 started doing strange things... would not charge no matter which charger/cable I used. Neither would it restart. The percentage of usage was initially at 14%, but when I got to T-Mobile, it went to 56%. At first, they could figure it out, but suddenly, it started taking a charge, and they were able to restart it. It started to work on its own. I was in panick-mode as I could not afford a new phone. I just paid it off. The employees were able to calm me down. It's a shame we are so dependent on cell phones.

Nyla is wonderful. She is friendly and very welcoming. Even though I had received accesses for both my phone and my watch over the phone,she was extremely patient and completed the change from ATT with the utmost of professionalism!

Gabriel and LaTerrance did not have any product knowledge, did not know pricing, and could not give me any definite answers to my questions. They were polite, but the customer service is lacking. I do not like the T mobile/sprint merger at all!

I recently became a new customer to T-Mobile thinking I would be saving some money. I went to this location on Germantown Pkwy and got the worse service ever from a female employee. She was due to get off work soon so she was rushing through my sale. When it became time for her to go she had another employee take over. To me that is terrible customer service. Once the man started helping us he started informing me of all the extra perks that come with T-Mobiles service plans. For example Apple TV, Paramount+, Netflix, T-Mobile Tuesdays, etc. He even told me about T-Mobiles Internet service and how it could save me money as well, so I added that to my service. The employee before him told us nothing. After 2.5 hours we finally finished up and left. That night I was trying to familiarize myself with the T-Mobile app and noticed it said that I had through wrong phone. I purchased two iPhone 14 pros. They were both supposed to be 256GB, one wasn’t I received a 128GB. The sales girl sent me with the wrong phone. I contacted customer service that night and they said I would have ti go to the store I purchased it at and exchange it there. The next day I went to the store and they told me I would have to pay a $75 restocking fee. Are you serious? For your employees mistake. I tried to speak to the manager (Keith) who was zero help at all. Let him know how his employee treated me and all he said was “why didn’t you just ask for another sales associate “. Then I received my first bill and the girl employee also lied about the cost of the protection plan.I do not recommend this store.

We just visited this location to transfer our data to our new phones and had a great experience. Nyla was super friendly and helpful and the gentleman Gabe who was working with her was also very nice. We had a terrible experience at the Collierville location and this was a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend!!!

I hate going to this location every time I do there's a guy in their name Kenny and he has the worst customer service I've ever seen I let the manager know the first time I was in there just the other day looking at new phones and he wouldn't give me the time of day not sure what to say about this location they're not much help just go to the mall or the one on 64 might as well just keep rolling by this one... What gets me as management doesn't even do anything about it I let her know the next day I came up there had an issue all I wanted was a screen protector put on I have the unlimited screen protector program that I bought into Kenny acted like he was too good to do it... But that's cool it is what it is
