The app told me I could check in at 1:20. I checked in right at 1:20 and was seated in the hairdresser’s chair within 5 minutes. The hairdresser did a great job and was a great conversationalist!

Kristina is the absolute BEST!! I told her what I wanted with my cut and she made sure she was doing EXACTLY what I wanted!! She checked periodically to make sure I was satisfied even through the process!! I left feeling so good because she gave me the exact details that I wanted!! She discuss ways that I style my hair and made sure that the cut would work every way I needed it to work!! I could not be more grateful for her persistence and customer service!! I am completely satisfied!! Normally, I’m fine with whoever cuts my hair and recognize that they will do what they can, but this young lady is top notch!! Horrible service. Second time I've been to this place and waited out there for over an hour with one stylist available and an appointment or whatever. This is why I usually go to the Arlington one but they were booked up. Poor stylist was trying her best. Hire some more people or close the shop down, it's ridiculous.

Back of hair was cut out of the natural hair line. Look like a soup bowl was placed on my head. Very disappointed.

Always use Supercuts, way more affordable than other haircut chains in the area. Never gotten a bad haircut from this location would definitely recommend.
