I have always thought that Starbucks' customer service is the best, but the service quality has declined recently. At 10:20am on 3/7/2024, the black woman who answered the phone and checked out was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend!I would prefer that no matter what the color of your skin is, you should respect your job, not cope with it.

And In between if things get busy for one group the other can assist with orders they’re not assigned to.Then the employees won’t be stumbling over each other and missing customers that end of waiting because someone that just walked in gets their order ahead of them.Apparently this an ongoing thing there!!!Thanks

Staff was rude, speaker wasn’t working so I pulled up like the sign stated and the two morning workers first gave me a nasty look the white girl refused to come to window she sent a black girl over how was also being rude.. don’t work morning shift if your not a morning person… I will not go back to that

The lady that waited on us was super friendly, and our order was correct and very yummy. There was one employee telling another employee that she had to wear a hat, which was confusing because no one had hats on. Either way, we enjoyed our visit and our drinks.

Today like most of my trips to Starbucks they screwed up my order and on top of that they had a serious attitude problem and a smart mouth. If I'm going to pay $10 for a damn cup of coffee, I expect it to be done correctly and I expect to get what I paid for.. today I paid for an extra three shots in my coffee, but I only got two of them, and when I drove back to the store which took me 10 minutes out of my time, they refused to make it correctly, and they were trying to tell me that they did it right but they didn't because I get the same cup of coffee everywhere I go and this is the only location that has ever told me what they told me as far as how that coffee is Made. They were asking me if I wanted my coffee done again I said yes but I want it down the way I said, but they weren't going to do it unless I paid extra money which I refuse because I already paid for it to be done the first time eventually, I just said to hell with it and let the store in frustration but you best believe I won't be going back to Starbucks anymore and I am going to get a hold of the general manager because this is f****** ridiculous. How hard is it to make a cup of coffee you better train your workers better

ive never gotten a consistent drink here. same drink but it always seems to taste different. at $6 for a cup of coffee, i won’t be returning.

The lady working the window, I’m unsure of her name but she is wonderful! So, so sweet and polite! Always asks how you’re doing and what your plans are for the day. Fast service as well.

Used to be better, subpar on my recent visits. The last few times the coffee has been lukewarm, and the last time the cashier was pretty ignored me while I was waiting for a bagel ( how hard can it be to simply hand me the bagel un-warmed in its original package as requested?) I got irritated and instead of making a scene simply left.
