“Have been there several times (East Memphis location) and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Good selection of nice-looking clothing. Oversized customers like me have very few options when clothes shopping. And the stuff can get much pricier per item than clothing for regular sized adults. But that just comes with the territory.Join their mailing list and you’ll receive frequent offers for discounts on your purchases.Store is always clean and tidy. Dressing rooms are comfortably spacious.If you have to order from them by mail the turnaround time is short and they typically get your stuff in the mail very quickly. They shipped my last order for free but I can’t remember if that was standard or due to the size of my order (which was only $80).”
“Long overdue review, but this place is wonderful. I am very picky on running shoes and I was well taken care of here by the patient staff. They even invited me to their running club when I enquired about local running groups. While I was there, the staff also were patiently helping an older woman with foot issues and ensuring she got the right shoes for her needs. Great store if you’re looking for supportive shoes!”

“Went inside and it was so well organized and clean! I had just visited Ross and there is no comparison as far as cleanliness and organization of the items. I will be shopping again soon. The store manager Rod seems like he’s running it well. The only downside was there was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in front of me. It took a few minutes before I heard the line cashier call for another cashier but I could’ve easily missed hearing it.”

I live out of state and travel worldwide regularly and this is the best shoe store I have ever visited. On top of the fabulous shoes, they have clothes as well, and the customer service was phenomenal! Pam was beyond wonderful with her kind and patient manner. “I stopped in a few weeks ago to buy some ladies rain boots. I couldn't find them and was immediately assisted by a friendly, helpful employee (whose name I didn't catch). When I was paying, I tried to use a coupon on my phone that I had received in email after joining DSW's online email list. For some reason, the coupon wasn't working (not the store's fault). The lady at the cash register (Precious) went through a lot of steps to make it work. She succeeded, and I got 10% off my purchase. I'm a little hard of hearing and I kept asking her to repeat herself. She was extremely patient with me, which I really appreciated. It's so nice in this day and age to experience such great customer service. Thanks, DSW!”

“I came into the store to purchase some composite toe work shoes and thought I found a great pair of work shoes. That wasn't the case. Those shoes hurt my feet so badly at work that I wanted to take them off! I ended up returning them after wearing them only 3 times. “I was at the 5502 Poplar Ave location. I'm a 3 yr Stroke Survivor & use a cane.. I'm starting a new job & Wolfchase Limb & Brace referred me here. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Diana Brown & was told she will be with me soon. Within 5 -10 minutes Mia Munoz walked up & I told her what I needed according to notes from Wolfchase Limb & Brace. She sized me & started bringing me different shoes to try on. It was difficult getting my foot into shoes based on stroke, but she was patient & diligent, using a shoe horn & all. Then Jennifer Strasburger came over to help & they found me a velcro pair of shoes that worked perfectly for my needs!! After trying on 4 pairs of shoes w/some difficultly, I was checking out & I had tears in my eyes...these ladies treated me w/such care, compassion, professionalism & respect! I couldn't get over my shoe shopping experience ? I'm so grateful for these ladies God sent to me to bless & encourage me w/the perfect pair of shoes for this Stroke Survivor!! HATS OFF LADIES!! KEEP IT GOING!! Return customer for life!! SN: Please expand velcro shoe options & colors. & Include a Slip On line as well. Disabled people wear your shoes too. GOD BLESS”
“What a nice relaxing experience. I went in hurriedly with the item number. The salesperson was AWESOME! He knew I was in a hurry, talked me off the ledge, and took great care of me.
