I bought a puppy from Puppy dreams this past Saturday. A mini poodle. Chase made everything very easy and he was very helpful with the purchase of our new puppy. Pepperjack is happy in his new home.
****Update I was told when purchasing my puppy to go get him checked out by a veterinarian and I would be reimbursed for the charges of the vet visit.
My mini puddle ended up having dust mites in both ears cause a serve ear infection and had to get ear drops for 2 weeks I talk to the store manager she was very nonchalant to this information and told me to send an email with all the receipts. It has been a month now I have not received any reimbursement for the vet fees and have not received follow up from the store owner.

Stopped by yesterday while visiting town - Chase was extremely friendly and helpful. The puppies here seem well taken care of.

Upon entering this establishment it was a horrible stinky smell. It almost smelled like the dogs hasn’t been bathed properly. Seemed like someone tried to mask the horrid smell in the air but it didn’t work . Firstly I would like to state that I think it’s sad how the dogs are in a small box for however many hours with no grass pad or dog bed only cut up pieces of cardboard confetti in which some dogs had in their mouth. The lighting in this place is dim and the energy is depressing. The dogs looked sad and wouldn’t really interact with us. One dogs eyes looked like it wanted to cry or it was sad, it just laid on the floor and didn’t interact. I noticed that every dog I went up to in the display were always looking through the hole in the back that I assume leads to the kennel area where the employees can go. It’s like they wanted to be fed or something .I saw 1or 2 dogs with a puppy bed but I think it’s horrible for dogs to have to sit in a hard display box for however many hours on end. Something felt off and I immediately wanted to get out of there. We came in hoping to play with some puppies but that quickly changed once I saw the sadness and lack of energy coming from the dogs. I hope you all make it a point to make these sweet dogs more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing! I love how the fur babies are places for easy viewing. Their mostly glass-enclosures are clean and waste free. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're very patient.

I supposedly bought a standard size poodle and turns out she never got any bigger than 5lbs. When we contacted the business they sold us another dog. As we forgave them and still gave them business. Now as of a year and a half later we walk back in to see the dogs and possibly purchase we are informed we are not able to see the puppies for their “safety” without an appointment even after telling them we have purchased two dogs from puppy dream in the past even returning after not given the “pure breed dog” I bought.

I don't know if they have changed owners or if the workers have just gotten worse but the customer service has changed for the worse.They will not even let you play with a puppy to consider to buy unless you put down a down payment. We are going down the street to Petland where the workers are always friendly and knowledgable about the pets and you can play with and get aquainted with their puppies. You definitely want to spend your money where it is appreciated.

My daughter and I were just going to stop by and check out the store. However, upon looking the place over and seeing the awesome inventory, we had to take our newest family member, Patches (a Bernedoodle) home!! So much love in this place!!!
