“I have recently adopted a few jumping spiders. Marcus and Barbara have been extremely helpful in the process. They have helped my husband and I understand not only how to feed them but also to educate us on how to keep the feeder crickets alive. We were struggling to keep them alive longer than a week. We were just ignorant of the process. They gave pointers and helped us find the proper food and hydration materials and how to manage their habitat. I really enjoy coming to this location.”

My husband and I recently visited Hollywood Feed with our new Yorkie puppy, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Grayson, the associate who turned what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip into an absolute breeze! From the moment we walked in, Grayson was there to help us every step of the way. He guided us through picking the perfect food, suggested the best snacks and even helped me create a custom dog name tag that’s just too cute!
But what really stood out was the personalized advice he gave me. Grayson shared so many helpful tips for raising a happy and healthy puppy! It's clear he genuinely cares about pets and their owners, and that made all the difference.
Honestly, Grayson deserves a raise! His expertise, kindness, and positive attitude make him a true asset to Hollywood Feed. My puppy and I will definitely be back, and it's all thanks to Grayson’s fantastic service. Five stars all the way!”
“I had a great experience recently. My experiences with this location have always been great but the manager helped me out a ton. I really appreciate him merging my accounts together and making them one. I have always been told that I had multiple accounts under my number but he settled the issue and now I shouldn’t have it anymore. Great guy and a great place. That’s why they get my business.”

“The only place to buy saltwater aquarium livestock in the entire AR, MS, TN, tristate area. Trust me! I'm a fucking expert! No doubt there is more experience in this hobby, than with Richard, than anywhere else. I've been buying corals from him for 20 years. Way back when he sold out of his friend's garage, LOL. He was the owner of MemFish back in the day when it was good. Jerk off bought it from him and ran it into the ground. I actually worked the weekends at his place for a couple years. Practicing my craft, you see. I even had my own show tank at the store. It was badass. Anyway. He's still building his new business and needs all the support you can give. I've been feeding him corals out of my tank for a min now, picking up new ones to grow, and restocking my fish now again as well. I got some bad ass fish there recently. Gem Tang is my highlight. $1500 online and it was only $550 here!!! Holy shit, what a deal!!! Magnificent Foxface was only $200! What!?!? I can't wait to see what else I can find here! If you need advice and want to keep salty things at home. He's the man. Period.”

“Taking a 4 year old and 2 year old dog to a store can create a chaotic situation lol however Hollywood feed associates are very patient and accommodating offering help around every corner. This will probably be the only location we go to due to the customer service. The associates were very knowledgeable about the products and answered all the questions we had and showered our baby with lots of love and affection. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant and makes us not mind spending our money here.
Customer service is top tier and patience is unmatched.

“Greeted coming in the door, nice. Tractor parts a plenty. Three years ago the deck belts were very mixed up, my OCD kicked in and I arranged them all in the correct bins. I had the time and it calmed the brain. This year getting a belt for the deck was sooo easy. Looks like someone else had OCD and arranged all the belts correctly. Quick service to pay at the front counter. I did straighten the floor mats on the way out.?”

“Took my 15 year old, 6# Bischon in today for express grooming. Blake was amazing with her and she looks better than she has with the mobile service was using. Her legs were a little matted and he said he would try not to shave her. He worked wonders, took the extra time and was able to trim not shave her. Most groomers would have shaved her in order to keep moving but not Blake. Blake even had one of the techs call me to let me know it would take longer than he thought and give me an update. We will go back to have Blake work with her again! Thank you again for your patience, customer service and taking the time to take care of my sweet dog.”

“The Collierville Petco staff has been magnificently helpful in this last week - first with the turtle emergency and then, by chance, the search for a new groomer....They actually had an opening (which can now be booked online and you can choose the date and time) the very day I was looking for a groomer! On arrival, Erin, checked Jennie in and listened to everything that was the perfect groom I had in mind....now, seriously, I have searched for years to have this half poodle half maltese cut done but with a nearly shaved body....there have been 2 who succeeded, only to disappear....but Erin? Erin wins the Gold Medal for absolute perfection with the verbal picture I painted for her! Even the cut around her face was even and smooth! And, I LOVE fluffy paws! Exuberance is an understatement! The management has done a most excellent job at finding talent for this store! They are truly professionals, not just stockers and cashiers! They are helpful and mindful, they listen and then do their very best to accomodate each customer and their beloved pets!”

“Bring my dogs here for just the bath package that includes nail trimming and always have a wonderful experience. My dogs are a bonded pair that do better when kept together and Pet Styles is always very accommodating making it less stressful for my pups. They always leave happy, smelling good, and with the cutest little bandanas or bows on. 5/5 would recommend.”

“So I had horrendous experience with another " store" I had lost all faith in chain stores like this. But being the person I am I decided to try one more time. I came into the stage rd location, defeated, worried my dog was doing with out, and couldn't even speak without tears coming up. But thank you staff , they were all charming, smiles, all ears and all ready to do what decent people do. If anyone knows me, I am a giver, a helper of everyone, and everyone in this store were exactly what my heart needed. I will continue to drive 30 mins out the way to shop here. I hate that I lost the receipt that i wrote thier names on , 2 people helped me. The manage and cashier I think was named cody. The manager asked me not to mention him, he praised his employees and wanted all credit to go to him, because they are hard working staff that doesn't get the recognition they deserve. Which was true but the manager was A1 and I love yall forever. Thank you and sorry took me so long to tell you so. Please of you remember me comment your names!”
