I entered the store and was immediately greeted by David and one other employee who were wonderful. They showed me nightstands and assisted me and I had purchased two within 20 minutes. However, after checking out as I was leaving the assistant manager, Kevin, said the price I was quoted was incorrect and informed David I had to pay the difference. I told him that was fine, but then Kevin was very rude about the miscommunication. He ruined the entire experience and I returned both dressers and left the store empty handed. This review is a direct representation of Kevin and Kevin alone, as the other employees were gracious and apologized for the inconvenience. Kevin lacked basic communication skills and immediately blamed me for not being clearer with the color of the items I wanted (even though I had taken a picture to show the exact items and been informed by two individuals the price was $129/dresser not $159/dresser). If you shop here and Kevin tries to assist you, I would immediately request to switch to a different team member.

Would be a 5 star but they sold us a sectional couch that doesn’t clip or attach together so it’s basically 3 separate pieces and we had to order parts off Amazon to connect the couch’s together. We called and told them it doesn’t connect together but they said that their moving guys and us are liars and it does connect together. I would suggest anyone buying couches inspect that before buying because ours 100% doesn’t connect together.

My couch literally fell apart after 3 months. I ripped it open and found poor craftsmanship, about half the number of springs that it needed, and overall low quality materials. I would have been better off picking up a couch on the side of the road.

When I came in Candace Parker was so polite to help me. This is a nice furniture store. They have a large selection of mattresses loveseats sofas, dining room tables and kitchen tables right along with the kids twin bed sets or bunk beds so whatever you feel comfortable with selecting they will have it for you just stop yes. At work.

Overstock Furniture is a furniture store. They have chairs, couches, loveseats, beds, mattresses, bedroom furniture, tables and more.We were offered assistance numerous times. I like employees to offer instead of having to find someone ( if you can )It is part of an outside mall with lots of other shops.

*** HORRIBLE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE ***I went to this store to purchase a sofa and love seat. First of all when me and my girlfriend walked in the store we were greeted by two EMPLOYEES using very loud and vulgar language although the front desk clerk Jason was very courteous and professional during the process. I ordered a sofa and love seat and was told it would be brand new. The order came as expected but as I inspected it I saw a very large rip in the sofa’s right side. I spoke with the store manager and advised her of the inconvenience, then asked her if it could be replaced with another model of the same or replaced with a new one of the same price. She denied my request and stated I have already bought it and it would be a processing issue on replacing the couch. My only other option was to get the couch that was on display .. who wants a couch everyone has been sitting on and playing with “COVID” , “MONKEY POX” .. I was told I was getting new funiture! And that is what I paid for and was intending to get!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your money on this poor excuse for a funiture store I have never wrote a review in my life but I can’t let anyone go through what I went through*** WARNING WARNING WARNING ***

We purchased a king size mattress and a set of box springs. Once we got home and set up the mattress, the mattress is not a king size. It’s lacking some inches on each side. It doesn’t measure a Queen but doesn’t measure a king either. The mattress tag says king but measurements don’t match. I understand they sell returned or items that didn’t make the cut, however, selling a mattress that is not a correct size is a safety, liability issue. I would not buy from them again. And if you do, double, triple check as there is no recourse. There’s no return or exchanging. I’m stuck with a mattress that is in between a queen and a king.

I purchased a couch and loves eating set and also a floor rug. I paid extra for a bigger rug and still received a smaller one. They don't answer the phone. Poor customer service.....

Overstock do not need 1 star. Overstock sold some fake Ogbai products cream that gave me 3rd degree burned to my face. Merchants beware of using your name with wrong ingredients that charges customers a lot of money. Corporate doesn’t care and I reached out to Obagi and Overstock is not authorized to sell there products.
