A service department at a dealership that gets right down to business and gets you rolling again. Zach was so professional and courteous and was very attentive to my concerns. Atmosphere inside the dealership was relaxed and comfortable. It's great going to a place of business where all employees I encountered where very nice and respectful. Thanks for giving me the feeling that all the employees seemed like they wanted to be there and take care of the customers.

Great experience here at Mazda! I called early in the morning to see about any available upcoming appointments to get my Mazda looked at, they had a recent cancellation and I was able to get in that afternoon for an appointment. Showed up at 1:30 for the appointment, they asked some questions and took my car back and told me it’d take 1-1.5 hours. By 45 minutes to an hour they were finished with the analysis and had provided an estimate for what services were necessary to resolve my issue. They were able to complete everything and install new parts the day of and everything was done by 4:00!! Wonderful experience, very nice waiting area with drinks and snacks, and an included car wash afterwards. Will be taking my Mazda back here with any future issues!Services: Vehicle Inspection

They are great at respecting your time! I made an appointment about a month ago. I dropped off at about 9am on a Saturday and it was ready by 2:15 PM (standard service-oil change/tire rotation). They are transparent if prices change and let you know if you will need repairs soon.

8:30 oil change, and I was in and out by 9:30. They have workstations, and I wasn't even there long enough to really get into the work I brought with me. Thanks to Alex and the guys at Norcross. I'll be back for the car wash when it isn't so cold.

Even with an appointment u may be here 2 hours for an oil change, they are the only Mazda Dealer in the Mid South so their extra busy. But you get a excellent complimentary car wash when your vehicle is serviced.
