The hospitality was everything you never really get that these days. Two reps walked my toddler around and entertained her while my sales rep worked quickly to get my services started! I love att Cordova.”

I will say, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any store involving cell phones. Quin also told me how to backup my phone and all my data, in which I had no idea. “Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

“I'd been to 2 different stores and had issues with feeling like I was being over charged. I'm new here from New Mexico and he made me feel safe and went above and beyond to port my number and get me the best deal he could on my phone and accessories. The area isn't the best for parking. However the customer service and his good looks are unmatched! I was gonna sign up for auto pay however I'll take that drive each month ? j/k he's a sweet young man and every person that came in he built a rapport with. 10/10”

“Store itself is fine but being charged $20 for a late fee because somethings wrong w/auto pay & the fact that I’ve been a Loyal Customer for 23 plus years & have multiple lines with you. I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. I do understand why but you would think after an amount of time there would be some consideration for the more loyal, proven not to mention reliable Customer’s. Thanks for letting me vent however would be more grateful to get a new phone discount.”

“Lately I have had nothing but bad experiences with AT&T online services. One issue after another. I had to cancel two new phone orders within a week. It was all made better by your representative Angie. Saturday I stopped in the Union Ave location and she helped with the sale of an iPhone 15 pro and she helped set it up. Afterwards I had another issue with the phone so I stopped in again today and Keshia was able to figure this issue out within 5mins of looking at my phone.
