Mr. Sanders and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. He truly cares about his clients and will work night and day to ensure that the client is in the best possible situation. He takes his time and explains everything and really teaches you about the process. Additionally, he is swift and stays on top of every aspect of the process. I have worked with Mr. Sanders and the i3 Lending team for about 2 1/2 years as a notary. Mr. Sanders and his team are extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely concerned about his clients. He always wants to make sure that they have the most amazing experience throughout the entire loan process that he can give them, all the way down to the notary closing the loan. Let me start off with WOW!! That's really all I can say about the experiences I have had with i3 Lending and Mr Sanders! This is the second home I have purchased with Mr. Sanders and i3 Lending. I have also refinanced a home with him. Mr. Sanders is super knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the mortgage process! Even after the deal is finalized, Mr. Sanders and his associates continued to contact you and makes sure all is well with you and your new home. I have referred several people to i3 Lending, which he has put in the best position to accomplish their goal of becoming a home owner.
