Great as always.
Rooms: Rooms have a fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig.
Nearby activities: About 20-30 minutes from Beale St and Graceland.
Walkability: Ikea is across the street along with a Kohl's and a Dicks Sporting and a Cheddar's restaurant.
Food and drinks: Hotel has a bar and restaurant as well as a market. Drinks were good and not too expensive for a hotel bar.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t walk run from this place. We checked in around 9pm the first time we used the toilet it backed up. I approached the front desk to ask to be moved to another room they said they had none and there were no maintenance people on staff at that time so we would have to come down from the 3rd floor if we needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I’m pretty sure you can’t rent a hotel room without a working bathroom. I canceled the other 2 nights we were supposed to stay and asked for at least some sort of compensation for the first night since we didn’t have a working toilet, not to mention 2 of the lights didn’t work in the room and the shower would not completely turn off. I was told I used the room so there would be no compensation. So the deposit you put down for incidentals was $75 and the pet fee was $75. For a total of $150. We did not buy anything or do anything to the room and when this cleared on my card they charged me $110.88 . I understand the pet fee still being charged as they have to clean the room extra but what is the other $35.88 being charged? When I called to question this I was told only the general manager had access to this info and she doesn’t work weekends and I would have to call back when she was there but it was probably tax. There is no way there is a 45% tax on a pet fee. These people are straight up thieves. I was also told by the front desk clerk when I asked for the corporate customer service number that they were a franchise and did not answer to Hilton corporate. The hotel also had strong smells of weed on several floors. This place is not safe and a walking health code violation. If you value your hard earned money and your family’s safety do not use this hotel.
Rooms: Filthy and not fully functional
Safety: Not safe
Noteworthy details: Rude staff and manager. No customer service. Worst experience with a hotel ever.

One star is far too many. We booked a room. for 3 nights. Room is old, dirty and in desperate need of repair. Bathtub will not stop running. It runs constantly. The toilet isn't working and when we inquired about changing rooms, they conveniently didn't have any available. When we said you can't legally let us stay in a room without a working bathroom, they said we could always use the one in the lobby. We're on the 3rd floor so what happens in the middle of the night when I need to use the restroom? I have bladder issues so that's going to be real fun. I had to go at 2:45 am and the lobby restroom was on the other side of the bar area and around the corner. I felt extremely unsafe as there was no one around. The staff is beyond rude and makes no effort to help with questions or concerns. As I was coming in with the luggage cart, since I had never been in this hotel before I asked am I going the right way to the elevator. Without looking at me, she very said yes in a very snippy manner and kept on with her personal conversation. I bothered you during social hour while I needed to find the way to my room. The mattress is horrible, we slept all of about 2 hours. The luggage carts are small and don't hold much so be prepared to make several times to get all of your luggage. The windows are so dirty you can't see out of them. The thermostat fluctuates constantly and the carpet smells. I will never use this hotel chain again. Not just this particular hotel, I will never use this chain again and I will most definitely let everyone know to stay clear of this hotel chain. We booked through Priceline, and after we were told no rooms and no maintenance worker would be there until 7 am and no manager there, we called Priceline. They told us there were plenty of rooms. We also looked online and saw there were 4 rooms available. The employee working wouldn't give us a refund on this nights stay because we were using the bed and the water so therefore we were using their facilities. Even though the toilet wasn't wasn't working, the bathtub wouldn't turn off and overhead light wouldn't come on. The elevators smelled like weed and the hotel was very dirty. There are so many things that need attention and the staff would be first on the list. Rude and hateful is putting it mildly. After speaking with the day shift employee, he tells us the room we were in never should have been booked because they knew of the problems. If you are overbooking rooms, that's a big problem for when people come in expecting a room after traveling all day. He said they could find another hotel for us. I most definitely would never want to stay anywhere they arranged for us.

Payed for an extended stay at 9:00 am and asked for room to be clean came back at 5:00 pm ; First room key didn't work had to take it to the front desk then when entering the room I noticed room had not been cleaned. Receptionist was VERY rude and unprofessional he stated " he had just came on the shift and that I didnt have to do hand gensters and I that I wasn't going to come to him the way that I was because he wasn't there " when explaining what my complaints were about .He proceeded to talk loudly and then called the police for me and my 10 year old to be escorted out . VERY unprofessional terrible experience I want EVER recommend. I will be calling the corporate office filing a complaint and will be reaching out to the General manager Sharon Hayes.

I was in town for work so this location was very convenient. I was told Memphis could be a little sketchy but I wasn't too worried since this hotel was in suburban area. Before I booked I read the reviews and most were accurate:
- Hotel currently under Renovation
- key system down so employee have to walk you to your room to unlock the door
- when I went out for a jog in the morning, I saw a police patrol making report on a car that had a smashed window overnight. This was mentioned in multiple reviews and now I can confirm it is a issue here. There is no security on site
In addition:
- the water was shut off yesterday in the middle of the day due to an emergency
- My room was not the cleanest, unvaccummed carpet and areas need dusting . On my second day staying here the housekeeper emptied trash cans and changed towers . No vacuum, no dusting , no bottles of water and appears nothing else was done.
Overall I would recommend staying somewhere else. There are too many negatives here and if it weren't for my company paying /booking it, I would have changed hotels perhaps to the garden inn in Germantown (more exclusive area). I most likely won't be coming back.

It's OK but work trucks were broken into in the back lot while we were there.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Myself, and probably 20 other vehicles, got broken into last night at this hotel. Had no idea until the next morning. Obviously this hotel has no care for your vehicles or belongings. Again, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

This place appeared to be a convenient stop on a long road trip and Hilton hotels are typically a safe bet. I read a couple of reviews related to break ins, but I disregarded the severity of the situation.
The reality is, this location is repeatedly targeted on a routine basis by teenage thugs. They understand the police will not pursue them in a car chase, which was demonstrated as they were committing the crime when police arrived during the night on 6/1/2024.
I woke up to walk my dogs at 6am and witnessed about 20 smashed windows all over the parking lot. The police stated that the thieves generally targeted pickup trucks over cars. Hilton should be ashamed for not having 24/7 security knowing this happens so frequently. Stay at this location at your own peril.
Safety: Absolutely no safety

If I could give zero stars, I would. We checked in late one evening due to moving across country for military orders. The room was dirty. Everything leading up to it was gross - dirty carpets, pieces of walls missing, etc. We had stopped at another hotel before this, but they didn’t haven’t rooms, so we figured just make the best of it. I cleaned the room and we went downstairs for something to eat. After waiting at hour for food, there was hair in my meal. I went right up to the front desk, said we would not be staying because of all of the issues, she assured me I would get a full refund, and over a week later, I still have not been given any money back, and the hotel will not return calls and Hilton corporate is not being helpful, either. We are Hilton members and this is completely unacceptable.

Our room was not the cleanest the carpet inside was stained and gross. The blow dryer had gunk on it looked like jelly and hair it was so nasty. Elevator buttons were even gross. It looks like they don't have any staff cleaning. We went to 3 fast food restaurants near the hotel and left 2/3 because they took FOREVER finally the 3rd one we waited it out. I wouldn't stay in this town again. Not a great experience.
I do have to say the girls at the front desk were very sweet that was the only good thing.

I happened to stay while the place was under renovation, and despite that, I had a pleasant time. The staff were courteous and professional. Nice breakfast setup. I enjoyed the fresh made lemonade, which is available all day.

I get that they are doing renovations but it shouldn't take two people to open a door into your hotel room. Also, if they are going to that extent of renovations, close down that floor.
