My son has attended FACS - High School 2022-2033 I am so thankful for what the Lord has done in my son's life through this school - Thank You First Assembly Christian School teachers - administrators & Head Pastor & the Friday - once a month prayer for students leader. As an institution it has got to be one of the lowest rated private schools in all of Tennessee. Our children attend the school for ten years and when our oldest made the switch to a county school to have competitive sports we found out just how lack luster the teaching requirements were.The grade school principal has serious mental issues. Apparently she was never taught how to communicate with others. The woman is one of those that believes that she's the smartest one in the room and talks down to everyone. The one positive thing that I can say about the school is that there are some really good families that we got to meet and be able to call them friends. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION!!!

There are very few people here that are true Christians. There is a lot of hypocrisy, cliques, and two facing. I pray that your child never gets Mrs. Downing in the 6th grade. She talks about your child to other people and ridicules your child if you come in from a public school.

We were much involved with this school. That's the key parents = stay involved with your kids teachers and coaches. All 3 of our sons graduated from here and all 3 had great experiences at FACS.

Terrible experience here and ashamed for the preschool program. I'm not sure the preschool teacher and principal of the lower school know what they're doing at all. They do know how to make a terrible experience, make things worse, and make a child cry. Feel free to message me for more details if you would like. I am praying the Lord will enable them to handle things better and in a way that shows a true Christian example.

I am currently a junior here, I love this school. It is true it has is kinks but so do a lot of places. I'd absolutely give it a chance. They gave me a chance to blossom in faith where no where else has.

Teacher legitimately said the earth was 7000 years old according to 'barbed wite' found in Australia. I'm not even joking. Their library even has a book about how Harry Potter is the 'devil's work'. Even if you are a Christian don't even think about sending your kids here, take your money to an actual establishment.

K - 8th are fine...but move your child to a different school before 9th. Curriculum is sub-par. Says a lot when teachers who work at FACS take their own children out and move them to a different school after completing 8th grade. Makes you wonder. Wish I had known before spending all my hard money to only discover how much my oldest child has suffered in college. Send your children to public schools. This world is not private.
