Back in 2020, I had a bathroom remodeled. We purchased most fixtures and hardware from Ferguson Bath, Kitchens, and Lighting. Fast forward to 2023 for an issue with the Signature Hardware tub drain stopper. The part has a lifetime warranty, but I could not find all the information needed to replace the item. However, Rayeshaun at FBK&L was ready and willing to help find everything needed and even contacted Signature Hardware for the replacement part! The sales experience was great, and so is the customer service! Thanks, Rayeshaun!

They have a beautiful gallery and an impressive inventory but I've not been impressed with the support. One of my showers still isn't operable but they seem to have lost interest.

My husband and I had purchased a home recently, but the commodes in the new house were uncomfortably low. We went to Ferguson's to order a couple of new ones for our plumber to install. The first designer assigned to us helped us pick new ones out, and ordered them. They were delivered, but to our dismay, when our plumber came to install them, apparently one did not fit! We are in the medical field, and thought commodes were a standard size. Apparently they are not. The designer had not thought to tell us this, and we had to go back, order one of the correct size, have them pick up the incorrect one, and pay another house call fee to our plumber to install it. Disappointed in that first designer. However, since she was unavailable to help on that second visit to the showroom, being on vacation, I was referred to another designer, Anna Blount. Ms. Anna is terrific! She was very apologetic for our situation, helped order the correct commode, tracked it, and kept us abreast of when it arrived and got it delivered as soon as possible. Kudos to Anna - the epitome of customer service, and more knowledge about the fixtures she is selling.

Not sure what the requirement is to actually get help in this store. Waited to purchase new faucets, walked around the store killing time and the only person who acknowledged me was the receptionist. Finally asked her when I could expect to be assisted; she got on the phone to someone in the store and it was obvious that person didn't want to come out and assist. I left and won't go back.

I attempted to buy plumbing hardware from Ferguson, but they were just too busy. Still have not received a call as promised from a sales person in the three weeks since. Needless to say I took my $14000.00+ order to someone else.

Beautiful gallery I've visited for years. Showroom Consultant DANIEL STUDDARD was very helpful in finding the right Delta fixtures for our small bath remodel. We had a couple of hiccups, but Daniel worked with us to resolve the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable folks to work with. Julia

No option for less than one star -walked around for 45 minutes without one so called helpful person asking me for help. After 45 minutes I think they realized that everyone else had left and 3 people asked me if I need something.Nope going anywhere but here to buy not look.
