Incredible to find a store like this in Memphis. Too large of a selection, was greeted when I entered, no project too small mentality, had a one on one with Bimba who helped me find a great option with zero upsell. Product even came earlier than quoted. Literally will only be buying hardware from here in the future.

They have a beautiful gallery and an impressive inventory but I've not been impressed with the support. One of my showers still isn't operable but they seem to have lost interest.
