Eagle Hollow Enterprises, Inc. has been a dream of mine for over 20 years. After marrying and becoming a Holloway, I dubbed our home “Eagle Hollow.” Some of our early dates were spent watching eagles at Reelfoot Lake, and my husband “Sweetie” was a driver for Keebler. We all know that Ernie Keebler of Keebler Cookies lived in the Hollow Tree; thus, Eagle Hollow was born! Eagles remind me of those special times in my life. They also symbolize strength and dignity, which is what I chose to help business owners develop for their employees.
