This place is right off the highway, but it's hidden way behind a Costco. Really. Hard to find, but worth the effort. Clean rooms and helpful personnel. And the price was right for this senior.

Slight smell when I walked into my room. Water was only warm-not a great shower experience. I couldn’t get hot or warm water from the sink. So I turned on the cold faucet-and it was the hot faucet! They had the piping turned around. And the water was still only mildly warm.Good a/c in the room, and good breakfast.It was a two day stay but the keycards were keyed only for the first day. Had to get them re-keyed the second day.Location is tight but isn’t bad, but tree growth around the back prevented me from driving my bus around the building. I had to do a lot of backing up with the bus instead, which is a potential traffic hazard. Trim those trees out back!!

My vehicle was broken into and there was no customer service help to deal with the issue promptly or even acknowledge the issue was even an issue. When I went to the front desk after 30 vehicles were broken into they were like “would you like your bill then?!” … “ it’s getting really bad around here you can’t even go to church without it happening.” Here’s your bill thanks for staying with us. In my mind I felt betrayed by the service and knowledge of prior incidents that I found to have occurred prior. Due to the lack of service and care of the facility upon arriving the evening prior I should have seen the glaring red flags. At the end of the day there should be an obligation to the customer and some sort of responsibility due to the knowledge this place has had of the incidents over the past few months… it’s like they got my money have a good day. Not even a I’m sorry this happened, “can’t even go to church without it happening” is a mere slap in the face. I would never stay in a comfort in hotel ever in my life and cancel being a member! Never again in my life as long as I live use any of this brand hotels!

The staff are always the very best and they always give us our usual room, if available. The property is showing its age, but we felt safe here.

In a suite, room phone don’t work, clock don’t work. Two TVs, one inly has four basic channels, no cable. I asked and the front desk didn’t seem to care. Poor service. One washer dryer unit and washer looks like someone dedicated in it. Pot smell in hotel really bad. Wouldn’t get fresh bath towels, just hand towels.

The workers were nice rooms were ok but the laundry rm washer and dryer was very very nasty and the elevator needs to be looked at it’s doesn’t work very well a few times thought we were getting stuck in them and the hotel store was empty nothing in there tvs didn’t wrk no towels smell of weed real bad in halls no internet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! ?THEY ARE STEALING VEHICLES!(Cordova, Tn it’s near Costco)The owner is an idiot and a lair!They allow people’s vehicles to be stolen.Vehicles are constantly being broken into at this place and the one across the parking lot!The people at the front counter and housekeeping are incompetent, slow, nasty, unprofessional, disgusting , and ignorant!When you come to them with a problem they never try to help fix the situations at all!I have had a lot of people tell me that their cars have been broken into or even stolen from this hotel!I will be reporting this to every news station possible!?Please do not stay at this hotel!!!?

There are much better choices than this location. Network doesn't work recipients literally told me there was nothing she can do about it. I ask for a refund to go somewhere else and she said she had to get permission from the GM and never did. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this one is by far the worst location I have stayed at. I won't be returning

?STAY AWAY FROM HERE ?If I could give this place a 0 star rating for location I would!! Do not stay here unless you like having your windows broken out and your stuff stolen..I was one of 5 vehicles they broke windows out of this weekend.. I asked the hotel if this has happened before and they said several times.. I then ask them why they don’t have security guards and better cameras, I was told by the workers there they didn’t know probably because they can’t afford security..Well I for one will never be back there nor will my company ever send us there again!! So please if you can don’t stay here because they will vandalize your vehicle and nothing will be done about it..?STAY AWAY FROM HERE?

Could get a better quality shower at a love's. No water pressure. Shower heads stick. They are garbage. Would be better if it had a single shower setting.
