I have been a dedicated client of State Farm for over a decade and had the pleasure of working with this office during my time in Memphis. Recently, I encountered challenges when transferring my insurance to Oklahoma due to issues with another agency.
Brandon handled the situation with exceptional grace and thoroughness, providing clear explanations of the process and identifying where the breakdown may have occurred. His professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue completely restored my confidence in State Farm, following a less-than-ideal experience with a different agency. Despite the mishandling of the situation, which was beyond his office's control, Brandon went above and beyond to ensure that everything was rectified and strived to make the process as seamless as possible.
I am truly grateful for Brandon's outstanding assistance and commend him for his exemplary service. His dedication to customer satisfaction reflects positively on the values of State Farm, and I greatly appreciate his efforts in addressing and resolving this matter efficiently.

These people are nothing more than con artists who get away with it. They treat insurance like a pyramid scheme. They never cancelled my policy in their system then transferred my account to collections without notifying me when I haven't lived in that house for months. They don't cooperate with their own claims process then use the resulting lack of information to deny claims.

I called in with a few general questions about my policies and spoke with a gentleman named Larry Riley. His professionalism is unsurpassed. I was impressed with his eagerness to answer my 10,000 questions and not one time did he make me feel rushed. He explained everything in a manner that was very clear and understandable.
