I originally went to Bank of America to open an account but after sitting there for 15 minutes, directly in front of someone’s office, and I wasn’t offered any acknowledgment. I went to Truist instead.
I was greeted, I was told how long it would be. All of the associates were genuinely welcoming and each assisted me in some fashion while I was there.
