Total sh*t show. We rented a storage unit for my 78-year-old mother-in-law. I pay the bill each month, and it's in my stepson's name because he helped her move her things in. Now she wants to get her things and he's unable to help this time. They wouldn't let my husband in when he took her over to get her things. So I guess they expect a 78-year-old woman to move her own furniture? The dimwit who wouldn't tell me the code wanted to go on and on about how she always explains this to people blah blah blah. I've had storage units before and never experienced anything like this.In short, don't leave your stuff there - you may never get it back.

This place is horrible I live in another state so I arranged friends to help move my stuff . They locked my code I have to drive up there and they said I have no access til I go in person . Wow my mothers belongings are there from her passing and the fact they are making this difficult for me and to relive loosing my mother . They said they were calling the cops I don't know or understand how they don't see their breaking the law . Then they said I was breaking my contract because I didn't notify them , I don't need to notify them for anything I pay for the storage it seems like they are monitoring these units to steal from renters! I am not the one so y'all watch your stuff and get out of there while you can before your blocked from your stuff . Crazy they called me THERE IS YOUR VERIFICATION IDIOTS I WAS CALLED AT WORK ! Absolutely shameful MY REVIEW IS A NEGATIVE -44

Horrible place, dirty, expensive and doesn't appear safe. I'm going somewhere else even though it is close to my house. The owners are very rude.
