Great customer service! I thought I had sucked my wedding ring up in the vacuums and had a nice young man offered to get in the dumpster and search for it. I offered a reward if he found it in which he politely turned down and got in the dumpster anyways and searched. Turns out it was under my couch at home the whole time.

I was honestly so impressed with Austin the zips carwash manger’s friendliness and professionalism which left a lasting impression on me. His approachable and friendly attitude made the entire car wash process not just efficient but also a genuinely pleasant experience. It's rare to encounter someone who combines managerial prowess with such genuine friendliness, and their outstanding customer service undoubtedly sets a high standard in the industry. Jerry was had a great smile and was a warm greeter. Their monthly subscription car wash package is the best deal possible! The wash process does a great job and gets even the day old crusty gunk off! 10/10 recommend.
