They never answer the phone. They usually just pick it up and end the call without saying anything.

We called in an order of groceries for pick up. One of your pickers is putting only one small item in each bag, using far more plastic bags than necessary. We actually had more bags than items. The order was correct but no need for so many plastic bags with just one item in each.

As far as the store is concerned it it well kept clean and friendly. The automotive section service is horrible I asked a guy five times to pay for an oil change I was ignored. They said there busy but the guys in the bays are on there phones 90% of the time and then they work for five minutes then go back to talking on there phones or with each other or they completely disappeare to there vehicles. I arrived at 345pm didn't get out until 639pm this is by far this is the worst automotive department of the Walmart brand I've ever witnessed.

Need more cashiers. Not liked since the remodel. Most parking is for pick up. Which is making customer walk futher. So trips there takes longer.
