Tonight I was treated horribly by the manager April... who hesitated on even giving me her name. I had a pick up order that was incorrect and she kept saying it wasnt, but very loudly. She had absolutely no customer service skills, or chose not to use them. She came across as very harsh and it seemed like she took this as a personal attack, like I thought she messed up the order. What is worse, there were others in the stor to see this escapade. I feel like management should speak to her to brush up on her customer service skills.

Place is extremely slow. Been waiting on the pharmacy line for 30 minutes and there's only been 3 cars in front of me.

This Walgreens is the worst! I only get my family’s medicine here due to insurance. They over charged my credit card,(6 weeks and 3 calls to corporate) to get a refund, often times they don’t have the medicine and you have to wait a day or 2 for them to get it! Hello daily meds are SUPPOSE to be taken daily for a reason! I will be switching to an independent local pharmacy.. I’m over it. If you have a choice do somewhere eles.

Why anyone would give Walgreens less than 5 stars is beyond me. Wonderful workers, fantastic pharmacy, great prices, always running specials... I've been going for decades without a single complaint. I'll take Walgreens over Walmart everytime.

Tabitha the pharmacy tech needs reeducation on what classifies as a legal form of identification. I presented her with my state ID that I used to vote with and was refused my medication fill if I didn't show her my driver's license. I asked if it was her store policy bc I've never had a medication refused before and I use it everywhere I go for any need I have. She told me that I was more than welcome to get it filled at another location if I didn't present her with my driver's license. Now I'm sick with pnumonia and I just dont have the wind to go to another location. I eventually showed her my license and just caved in over what seemed like a mountain out of a molehill. But just refusing my refill within 30 seconds of showing a state I'd instead of a driver's license? I'll be going to CVS anytime I need my medications from now on. Pharmacist was far more caring and compassionate. Tabitha was professional and rude at the same time. Hard to pull off. Sad.

A nightmare! I came in to get a refill on a medicine that originally cost $400. Had some pills left in the bottle and handed it over to the young lady who was helping me to see exactly what I was refilling. I left the store only to realize 4 days later that I did not get my prescription bottle returned to me. She forgot to give it back and I neglected to ask her to return it. I called frantically (4 days later) to ask them to please find the bottle of medicine that I had left there only to be informed that worker was off today and they can not call an employee at home on their day off!!!! I take this medicine religiously 3 times a week and I could not afford the $291.00 cost to get a refill. Now I have nothing!!!!!!! Can't afford the refill and do not have the remaining pills left inside the Walgreens pharmacy. Now what!!!! I am scared and can't afford the refill!

This is undoubtedly the slowest pharmacy ever, and there is no longer any personal attention.This pharmacy used to be the best after their big merger, but anyone that cared or had any since of urgency is no longer there. Plan on a huge wait. If you tell them that you'll leave it, then it's 3-4 hours. Every time I go, I say that I'll never go back.

Usually have no problems here but apparently today they have an issue with communications. If u are going to ask if someone is going to leave or come back u need to specify that if u leave then its an hr and half wait. Im deathly sick and my boyfriend was told 15 to 20 min and so when he came back 30 min later hes told cause he didnt wait it will be an hour and half??? When we already waited 40 min to go in the first place so basically its took over 2 hrs to get it ready and its still not ready smh...
