If I could give this pharmacy a zero star rating, I would. I stopped through today to get my medication through the window. I received my medication after a normal 25 minutes waiting time which i was haply about and when I went to leave the lady didn't give me my change back. I tried calling once I realized (I live in a different county and was very sick so I needed it asap so I stopped at the closest one sadly this one was the closest) when I called noone answered the phone and I have yet to hear anything back about my money. I got scammed and I WILL NOT be returning to this pharmacy and I will never ever refer anyone to this place, what a joke. They need less prissy little attitude having girls in that window and more professional people handling meds and money. I have never been so disappointed than what I experienced at this pharmacy. Horrible horrible customer service. ZERO STARS

I looked online for your holiday hours and it said that your pharmacy is open from 9 to 5 on New Year's Eve. I drove 15 minutes. On the pharmacy window, a sign said that the drive threw is closed, please come in-side. At the front door, again a sign said the pharmacy is open on New Year's day. When I got back to the pharmacy, a sign said closed. WTH? COME ON.

They used to be open alot but something happened and they are hardly ever open. You have to wait forever and then you deal with all the rude people that work there. If you are looking for a Great pharmacy got to medplus

Absolutely horrendous, I end up waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more to get through to the pharmacy and have a prescription filled. It's usually more convenient to just ask then to fill it in person, and that's saying something because then not only are you inconvenienced by driving there but also by a long wait at the store. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Being forced to walk on my foot that has mersa to get my medicine cuz they won’t release it unless I’m there cuz it’s a controlled substance. Said I can come thru drive thru ? Well. I can’t cuz my ride just bailed on me so now I have to drive my car with my foot like this & I have Mersa!! So I’m touching their tray & anything in it. Be warned!!! This place is ridiculous. Last time they wouldn’t fill it cuz my address was different from my ID! I literally had to call the non-emergency police to find out that that was not true. As soon as I find another pharmacy I’m changing. Never in my life have I seen such carelessness & uncaring staff sheesh

Arrived early as instructed for a scheduled Covid test and was turned away by the Pharmacist because they were behind and it would run into their lunch hour. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Place is extremely slow. Been waiting on the pharmacy line for 30 minutes and there's only been 3 cars in front of me.

This Walgreens is the worst! I only get my family’s medicine here due to insurance. They over charged my credit card,(6 weeks and 3 calls to corporate) to get a refund, often times they don’t have the medicine and you have to wait a day or 2 for them to get it! Hello daily meds are SUPPOSE to be taken daily for a reason! I will be switching to an independent local pharmacy.. I’m over it. If you have a choice do somewhere eles.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE USED WALGREENS SINCE THEY OPENED AND GENERALLY HAVE BEEN OK WITH THEM EXCEPT MY TEXTS COME THROUGH TELLING ME MEDICATIONS ARE FILLED AND READY FOR PICKUP AND WHEN I ARRIVE, THEY DON'T EXIST? ANOTHER TIME THEY FILLED MY ESTROGEN PILLS WRONG AND GAVE ME THE HIGH DOSE ( COMPANY ONLY MAKES 2 KINDS AND I NEED THE LOW DOSE). AFTER TAKING FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOT FEELING GOOD WITH ODD SIDE EFFECTS AS IF I WERE PREGNANT AND KNEW THAT WASN'T POSSIBLE, I CHECKED THE PACKAGE AND REALIZED WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY GAVE ME THE CORRECT DOSE AFTER I EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THE STORE MANAGER HAS ALWAYS BEEN SO NICE AND HELPFUL! THE PHARMACY IS SOMETIMES GOOD AND SOMETIMES NOT. A FEW DAYS AGO I DROPPED OFF A PRESCRIPTION AND CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP BEFORE THE LUNCH BREAK, (WHICH WAS IN 5 MINUTES), ONLY TO FIND THEY LEFT EARLY! I DROVE 30 MINUTES ( SICK AS EVERYTHING) TO FIND THEY DON'T HONOR THE WEBSITE HOURS OF THE LUNCH BREAK! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I FEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE TO DELIVER THE MEDICATIONS IF THAT'S THE CHOICE THEY MAKE TO LEAVE EARLY AND NOT CONSIDER SOME PEOPLES TIME IS VALUABLE.
