I had a frustrating experience at Walgreens that I feel compelled to share. I was assisted by Dana, who told me to wait 30 minutes for my medication, only to find out they didn’t even have it in stock that day. When another employee inquired about my order, Peggy misleadingly claimed she had informed me it would be ready tomorrow. This is absolutely not what she told me, and I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting if that had been the case. I could have easily come back another day if I had known the truth. I don’t appreciate being lied to, and this kind of poor service is unacceptable. I hope management (Shelby-standing at the pharmacy) addresses this issue to prevent future customers from facing similar frustrations.

Horrible. They keep saying my inhaler will be there day after day yet they do not even contact you to tell you its still not in.. its..I will use krogers from now on.

Walgreens does not accept or ship packages by or for USPS. Only FedEx. If you don't have a shipping label it's OK , you can get one here FedEx shipping is located in the photo lab which is usually in the front corner of the store.I Found several inquires online saying that 24hr Walgreens do accept and ship packages for USPS. Especially after business hours. This may be true but not at this location.

First of all, they are never nice when I come in. I put up with it because they are busy and it is convenient to where I live. This time, I went without an important medicine for 3 days because they needed a form and couldn’t give me any to hold me over for a few days. It was fine until the form came in and they told me it would be 3 more days because they have to order the medication because they don’t carry it normally. I wish they would have told me that 3 days ago so I could’ve went somewhere else. This was my final straw dealing with this pharmacy.

This is an extremely busy Walgreens in a very difficult location. So you would think they would strive to keep the two drive thru lanes moving. But there is literally no transaction too complicated or time consuming for them to ask someone to come inside and keep the others who are just there for a quick pickup go on with their business. Several times I have waited up to half an hour in line and 20 min at the terminal waiting for them to have a lengthy discussion over the customer's insurance or prescription or whatever. The line backs up nearly to the street sometimes while some dense customer tries to argue their case. Have them come in .. good grief.

Pharmacists are happy to answer all questions about not only medicines and prescriptions but also technical insurance issues. They will work with you over the phone or in person at the store to answer questions, find what you are looking for, and just learn more about their own customers.

They will work with you over the phone or in person at the store to answer questions, find what you ate looking for, and just learn more about their own customers.

Basically another Walgreens, nothing that special. Always have to wait on meds. Even when they are called it. Not very friendly in Pharmacy, but floor help are nice..
