I was very pleased with Visionworks. The optometrist and staff, Dr. Miranda and Krista, were very professional, courteous, and patient. I did not feel rushed during my eye exam. I have not yet received my glasses and contacts, but am hopeful that my vision needs have been met.

I tried this business years ago and sat and waited for over an hour while I watched many people without an appointment come in after me and get called before me. I tried them again today and had the same thing happen. I understand appointments come first, but I watched people without an appointment arrive and be seen while I still waited. Very unprofessional. I will never use this business again.

Dr. Miranda listens and helps me choose the right prescription for me. I told him I do photography and he fitted me with contacts that help me do that. He explains why he makes the recommendations he makes and makes sure I'm comfortable with it. Krista is great! She asked if I needed help picking out frames and gave me a few minutes to look, then checked on me. She said, "I'm here to help, not to watch you figure things out." I appreciated her so much for guiding me through the process!

The sales personnel working the floor were not very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting customers picking out glass frames.The Doctor at this location was not very helpful and friendly. He seemed rushed to get through the eye exam.The only helpful and knowledgeable employee was the optometrist assistant. I would not recommend this location.

My husband went for an eye exam because he had a bump on his tear duct.The front desk told us that he could either be seen for a vision test for for his tear duct. I was informed that they would not take Medicare even though the website stated they would.After waiting for over an hour we finally got some tests done and saw the doctor.He went over my husbands retina pictures and gave him a prescription.We decided to get the glasses somewhere else due to their high prices and previous bad experience with the quality of their lenses.My husband was unable to adjust to the prescription and after going to the store telling them about it we were told for him to try a full week to give the eyes time to adjust.Well we could not wait a full week and ended up seeing a different doctor at Wal Mart Vision Center und changed the prescription because the one from Visionworks was way off.Makes me wonder what else the doctor at Visionworks might have had wrong with the exam.We wasted $78 out of pocket for a wrong prescription and not much interest in making it right except to make us walk around another week with wrong lenses.Will never go back to Visionworks!
