“Hi! We had our first visit today and they were very informative about any questions we had. Told us upfront about prices and which would be the cheapest route for us! Treated our baby like their own and loved on him, helped him feel safe and comfortable, while giving him the care he needed! He didnt even cry during his first shots! The staff was very quick, friendly, and attentive! Made us feel like we found our furr-ever vet home! They even informed us of pet insurance which we hadnt even known existed! Just know your baby will always be in good hands there and are a walk in clinic who is always ready to help your babies! Definitely recommend going here!”
“We love the staff at Flatts and Copelands. Wyatt got very sick a little over a year ago and our regular vet clinic would not see him until the following week, they just kept telling me that if he gets much worse they would want to see him sooner, I called them everyday that week hoping for a cancellation but they would not fit him in. We were directed by friends to Copeland's and were lucky enough to get Dr Gibson. Wyatt took to Dr Gibson right away and after seeing our regular vet a couple more times and seeing how the Dr didn't really interact with my cats we made the decision to make Flatt/Copeland our regular vet and we could not be happier. Dr Gibson is so good with the purr kids and he really tries to make their visits as gentle as possible. Even my grumpy black cat has warmed up to him. Wyatt would not be here today without the amazing staff at Flatts and Copelands”
