Went in today with my wife, needed a new SIM card for her phone. She had to come get me for help because the young man at the door thought he knew better, I tried to explain the incompatibility with her new phone to no avail for he knew better. I left angry with what was the worst customer service I've ever experienced, just a complete disregard for our issue because he couldn't sell us anything.Thankfully a quick chat with a rep on the website and he immediately recognized this issue and sent a SIM card free of charge.I have to wait for the 3-5 days because that young man knows so much better than I and couldn't be bothered to solve our issue today in this store. Never will I ever cross thethreshold into this store again.

A few months ago I went to this Verizon store to purchase a new phone. My plan was to purchase a modest phone in cash but was ultimately upsold with the promise of a very generous $400 promotional credit for my phone that was worth $25 or less.A week later I returned to the store to turn in my old phone but was ultimately told that 'their equipment wasn't working properly' so I needed to mail my old phone to the main hub for processing. The representative packaged my phone in the provided mailer and instructed me to ship it via UPS across the street.Two weeks later it was evident that UPS lost my phone to their black hole.I quickly began the endless phone calls back and forth to Verizon tech support and half a dozen times I was assured that the problem would go away and my promotional credit would apply anyway. LIES.Finally, I returned to this store to see if anyone would be empathetic to my issue since it was not my fault having done all the correct things as I was instructed. The impression I got was "I'm so sorry - we can't help you - next person in line, please".They say all bad things can be attributed to incompetence or malice. In this case I can't tell.... Is Verizon purposely setting up people to lose their promised promotional credits? Are Verizon reps mindless drones who follow the script to process as many suckers as possible each day? Both? Who knows, but either way I WILL NOT be returning to this store.

Terrible customer service. We were having issues with our phone in which Verizon tech support had us do a factory restart which made the phone inoperable. They told us we needed to fix it at the Apple Store in Nashville an hour away. Apple couldn’t fix it so another Verizon store sold us a new phone on promotion. We had to spend over 10 hours to fix the phone being sent to multiple different places when in reality we could have done the promotional upgrade day one. After all the headache and waisted time they wouldn’t even transfer our phone content. They could have comped us the $30 transfer fee but instead have no sympathy and are content sending away angry customers. If only there were other carriers to switch to we would ditch Verizon at the earliest opportunity. This is not the first time they have been a complete frustration to deal with

Four people are looking to jump on you as you walk in the door, looking to sell you new phones and services. But no one is willing to help repair or check settings on the current phone with problems. When living in Northern New York, Verizon had the best service, but living in the Cookeville area, service is horrible, and for the cost of service, Verizon is ripping people off.

Terrible customer service. Greeted with "what do you want?" And handed a sticky note with an automated number on it to solve our problem. We wanted to buy a phone today, but I guess this Verizon doesn't want business.

Having purchased my phones at the Verizon store in Cookeville on Jackson Street, I went to discuss with them why I was being billed for four lines when I only had two. I Was also billed two weeks before they even turned my service on. The manager was very disrespectful to me, I asked the manager for her immediate supervisors information and she refused to give me any information on any of her superiors. It is a sad day when there is absolutely no accountability for the way that An employee of a company treats their customers. I regret going to Verizon.

Reps are so disrespectful. Paid for transfer of everything, they didn't transfer anything. The rep was all over the place and not concerned with helping me. The manager called me and was so belittling to me, not understanding that I lost very important pictures cause her rep reset my iPhone when I swapped to android.

Very helpful and friendly staff, can get a little busy sometimes. Cody(sp?) Is an awesome associate and I was thankful for his assistance and the answers to my questions (which I had a lot of.)

Extremely rude customer service from multiple employees. They were rude to other customers that were in the office as well. Manager on duty needs to reevaluate their teams behavior and customer service skills.

I hate Verizon. If you're a first time buyer please run as far as you can from Verizon. They won't tell me my acc number for my account sooo I can't pay my phone off or cancel my account. They tell me to bring my mom in. Well they won't give it to her either. I hate Verizon. Everyone that works there has no idea what they're doing they're all stupid. They're lazy and worthless and I mean it. Verizon sucks. I wish I could give negative stars...

Very dishonest, very rude, and very Pushy to get the next sale. Will say anything even if it’s farthest from the truth to get the next sale or get a “Free Upgrade”. This location has always gave me issues.
