This is my updated review after receiving my package… just would like to say thank you to whomever responded so fast to my issues that’s actually why I’ve put this review as 4 stars.I also liked the lady whom assisted me in finding my package today. However I didn’t appreciate the driver coming out to correct me as if my hearing is going out ( when I live in a mobile home with thin walls )It’s all okay though.. although to any driver possibly reading this it is wrong to not deliver someone’s package correctly I mean Imagine if they purchased $70+ dollar shipping?

Always nice, helpful and quick. Sometimes there’s a line during peak hours but they get the line moving quick.

I spent an hour there the other day, simply to pick up the mail I had on hold, and to open a PO Box. I just got married so my new drivers license and social security card were being sent to the house.THEY COULDNT FIND IT! “It wasn’t on hold” I showed her the confirmation email, “your carrier must have made a mistake”.Well that doesn’t help me, now does it?!We just moved from that house and are in the process of moving into our new home, so there’s no telling where they went or who had them.I was so flustered by the time I left, I didn’t realize they never gave me my paper license back- drove back the following week (out of town again) and they can’t find my license.Nice people, but what a joke.

Laaaazy drivers. Couldn’t stuff my Amazon package into my mailbox so they just didn’t deliver it. Supposed to bring it to the door.

We have now had a second set of letters that were scanned in and the images were sent to us by email. For the second time now those envelopes haven’t shown up. The first time it was a card inside an envelope with a check that “went missing”, now it was two letters from a charity which may have been a target for a postal worker to steal as well. Yes, I do believe someone at this office is stealing mail from people. They do nothing to help when you call.

Constantly losing my packages and delivering to the wrong address. Website is incredibly slow and not working when I try to submit a request for a search. So I HAVE to go to the post office and there is a good chance they won't do anything about it either just like the last time this happened. So I guess I get to pay $50 for an item only for it to not be delivered. Great.

This post office continues to deliver packages to the wrong address. The packaging has the right address. But whoever inputs the address into the delivery device , continues to put the wrong address. This post office has a problem with deliveries. And it's obvious with all the bad reviews.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. Every month they mess something up with my mail. Then when I go in they're no help at all and just blame the mail man. Absolutely ridiculous

Very disappointed.I had received a notification that my package had been delivered on Monday 24th, 2 pm.I checked my mailbox (key access, structured with several other mailboxes since I live in an apartment complex) and it was not in there nor at my doorstep.It’s now Friday and the package was never found.Brandon was kind in calling me every so often but the end result was that the package was lost.It was clarified that the package was scanned at the GPS location of my package, BUT since it wasn’t in my box to begin with, was most likely misplaced in another box (still unknown which one? Was checked personally by Brandon, said the package wasn’t in any of the mailboxes.)Called back to ask a question, the woman on the line was very rude about the situation.Tried denying it was misplaced by arguing with me, saying IT WAS delivered in my box (if that was the case, this situation wouldn’t be happening ???)Told me there was nothing the post could do if it was LOST (???) or stolen (stolen understandable, out of their control)So they can’t do anything if they lost it themselves?? Truly disappointing

When I first moved here to Cookeville, tn last year. I never had any issue at all, until now I am having issues with my mail carrier sub person. I have no issue with the original mail carrier person for my delivery route. it's the sub person, I have missing mail and my utilities are about to be cut off due to the sub mail carrier not getting my mail on time.
