After 5 days of my package being put on a truck and going out for delivery only to be delayed to the next day, I finally decided to drive out there and get it myself. After waiting for the receptionist to stop talking to his friend to about his favorite candy. He finally tells me "it'll be delivered tomorrow". After explaining how may days its supposed to have been delivered, I ask to get the package again. All i got was "Oh its sitting on a trailer with like 6000 other packages i cant get it for you"I walked outSo UPS, I'm going to start going out of my way to avoid you, this is the 4th package you've screwed up

Former employee they let us go just after Christmas 12-27-2023. When I filled out the job application to work here, it was for a part-time position and NOT seasonal. I quit my full-time job to come here because working here part-time paid the same the full-time job I had at Flowserve paid and I was trying to do some online schooling so the part-time hours and pay was perfect for me. The email from UPS confirmed I was hired and not seasonal and their HR confirmed I was hired and not seasonal. But I was just let go as if I was seasonal. I've tried explaining this to 2 supervisors and the facilities manager. They refuse to respond back or provide me with any information. The site itself has no HR on site and it's outsourced to another country, which is strange. When I called HR and start explaining my situation about there being some misunderstanding about my job status there, they pretend to not be able to hear you anymore or just stop talking. They stay on the phone, too. I literally was saying "hello" for 5 minutes and they wouldn't respond or hang up. They just won't talk to you. It's very sketchy. I was just trying to figure out what was going on with my job and why I was being treated like I was seasonal when the job application didn't say seasonal and the email from them confirmed I was hired and no one will answer my questions and then after contacting the main manager about this at this facility I received a termination email from UPS. I don't understand why their doing this to me! I do not recommend working here. There's zero accountability from anyone there for some reason. Don't apply for a job here. They also have this very sketchy shantytown tent thing on a wood platform in the very back and you'll be forced to work back there and there's zero heat back there. The whole building has heat except for the few unlucky that get forced to work back there. You have the least seniority there you will be working back there whether you like it or not. You will be stuck working in below 20s weather for 4 to 7 hours during holidays with no heat. If you ask for heaters to be installed back there because you're freezing, they say they can't even though everybody up front has heat. You will be lifting stuff of all sizes and up to 150 pounds by yourself. They use you then dispose of you even if you're a crazy good worker. Stay away from this place.

The person working the front could be more friendlier, seems like they could be more helpful.

So I called tried to get some information on my package but thier ai/answering machine apparently doesn't understand the meaning of customer service since I need to get the info from a person on if I could pick it up at the ups hub and what I would need to do so next time I'll just stick with FedEx at least I can get a person to pick up a phone there

I came home Friday 12-2-22 to find one of my packages laying behind my mailbox IN THE RAIN 2 feet from the road like it was tossed out the car window. The box was too big to fit in the mailbox, but usually whoever delivers leaves it on our porch in that case. I'm lucky I got to it before some jerk noticed and took it. Whoever delivered to Gainesboro on 12-2-22 was a sorry delivery person.

I have a small business that deals with high value electronics, my distributors frequently ship these items to my home and they have been instructed to not leave these outdoors as someone is always home and able to secure these items. My last 12 deliveries have been left out in the weather and halfway down my driveway and they never knock or send notifications till after the packages have been delivered. This is unacceptable and very poor service. Sure there are multiple packages but it's their job. I worked for UPS many years ago and this was not the practice then and I hardly belive this is their practice now... lazy drivers is what I see is the issue.

I use a business account and come here for work, but the last 5-6 weeks I drive there to be they have told me they are out of boxes, I went again today and was told the same thing, I inquired as to why a UPS center has no boxes, finally she told me now their systems are down so they can't charge me for a box that now I have to buy. I asked if they could charge it to my business account, she said no and told me they've been telling everyone needing boxes or envelopes to go to Willow, 15 miles further for me. Couldn't they have simply given me a box, our business does much business with them, I've spent gas each trip to be turned away. If UPS is changing its policies and refusing to sell or give customers boxes at their customer centers they should announce that instead of fabricate for weeks they are just out of boxes so I kept coming back thinking they'd be in stock again soon. To top it off, I called UPS customer service who told me they would be expediting my concerns to the store immediately and I would get a call back from the store in one hour and a follow up from customer service to be sure the store called me. No one has called, of course. Please advise why you're center is turning away customers as I'm not the only one, I've been in line to watch them do it to many.

I've been waiting for a package that had 2 day shipping. It shipped Monday and here it is Friday and I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous. I need my package for my job and this is one utterly massive disappointment. The UPS website says UPS doesn't deliver on New Year's day. It says nothing of the day before. This is Friday 12/31/2021 and when I track the package is says I won't get it until Monday now? I can't even have my package redirected to my job or specify a time window! I will never have anything delivered via this worthless service ever again.

I asked where can I find a drop off location that can accept large packages. 3 people later. ... I got aggravated because they could or would not tell me. Just kept asking me for tracking number then telling me UPS had it when it was in my hand. Duh.
