LOVE Nikki! She’s absolutely brilliant and educated on ALL products. She will steer you straight on the right brands for your skin care needs and will give you a personal experience overall. If tipping were a thing at Ulta, I would’ve tipper her. I come regularly to this Ulta and am always greeted warmly at the front door. Everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly!

Went in for some skincare shopping with my friend, and because an employee had some personal beef with me she had us followed the ENTIRE time. Completely unprofessional and made all of us, including my friend's children, uncomfortable for no reason. Way to lose clientele because you felt like being petty.

I went in to get my makeup done and the result did not look professional at all.I asked politely if I could have it taken off and they agreed (luckily did not pay either).Overall, the manager and staff were understanding and the customer service was good as well.BUT, I do not recommend getting your makeup done here if you want it to look professional.

I would just like to say, Chyanna deserves a raise. I came in last night (12/26) around 7 and left around 7:30, and while checking out, she was running 2 registers all by herself. She checked two people out at a time and still made sure to provide excellent customer service. I did request quite a bit like using cash, card, and gift card on an order, so my order wasn’t the easiest. I am so extremely great full for her hard work tonight and I hope she is given what she deserves, thank you, Chyanna!

Great range of product in a very clean store. Your staff is wonderful. I particularly enjoyed Nikki, who helped my daughter and myself extensively. She was so knowledgeable and funny, and she knew the location of every single product I asked for. We had a successful visit thanks to her!

To be fair, my hair color looks amazing (and why I put 2 stars instead of 1), but my service today was just awful.When I booked, I was quoted as an estimated appointment time of 1 hour, 45 minutes, which is fair. My appointment was for 12:15 and I waited more than a full hour after my appointment time before my service started. I wasn’t given any reason for this wait until I left. Had I not needed my color so badly, I would have walked out. Once I’m finally done and washed, it’s past 3:30. To make matters worse, there was an additional charge of $25 for an “Olaplex mask” added on top of my service. I was neither consulted nor asked if I wanted this. When I asked about it, I was told “that’s just something we add for the color.” That’s fine—but I was not told about this or that it would be an additional charge. I wouldn’t have done it had I known. So at the end of the day, I have good hair color, but had to wait nearly double my appointment time and was charged extra without my knowledge or consent. I also wasted my entire afternoon. I won’t be back.

I highly recommend Stephanie Lee at the Ulta Salon. She color corrected my brassy hair and gave me beautiful highlights and new base color. She worked with me to determine the look I was hoping to achieve and was so personable. I honestly got so many compliments due to her excellent work!!!

Got my hair permed top of it looks alright but my whole under layer is barely a wave will not be going back. For $165 it should be curly all over. Went back to talk to the salon they said it’s the weight of my hair when my top part is curly and heavier than the bottom. Extremely disappointed. Love the products but will not return to the salon.UPDATE: After emailing guest services i was refunded.

For a big franchise like this, corporate should be more observant on how associates should be more aware in stocking the shelves. Making sure they don't run out of product. I wanted two items and both were completely sold out.
