Sarah helped me do my finger prints and set up a package to send them off. I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this task as efficiently if not for her expertise and professionalism. I appreciate how streamlined and educational this experience was. Thanks Sarah, your customer service was beyond exceptional! The team here is well versed on procedures and I recommend making the drive to this particular store for your needs.

I often come to the store to drop off my packages to be returned. The people there are extremely nice extremely helpful can ask for a better group of people. Lamonica was our helper today and she was fabulous.

I had 10 large boxes, that absolutely had to go out today.. I arrived to the store @ 630 on the dot! Technically they were closed. Tyler, Madison, & Becca, didn’t hesitate a second &told me they would take the packages. They helped me unload and carry them in. They were extremely nice! Very helpful! They were awesome and I cant thank them enough!. 5 stars to those three all day.

Our Cookeville, TN UPS store is amazing!!! Always in and out no issues. Tyler has helped me the last two visit and he is very helpful in assisting and always offers a welcoming smile and friendly attitude! Give that guy a raise :)

i was in Cookville to see my son and needed notary services. I was told about the UPS Store. I was very pleased that it was nearby. The employees were all busy when I walked in, they greeted me right away and Tyer ask me if he could help me. He was so polite and courteous from start to finish which was refreshening with so many stores who do not practice good customer service. Thank you Tyler for making my experience in your store a good one. Also let me add I love the blue uniforms!!
