I placed a mobile order and watched people walk in and place orders and get mine before me. 30 mins later I finally got my one coffee order. Do better.

They had a power outage, but handled it very professionally. They were quick and very nice. Great coffee. Great service.Parking: Parking is the only problem this Starbucks has. With the drive through in the way. It is difficult to get a spot.

This is the only Starbucks I go to in Cookeville!!! The service is always wonderful my order has never been wrong. When I do the mobile order it's always ready an waiting on me (take in consideration the hrs an busyness of the day you visit with time to wait) it's always good morning good afternoon an have a good day. Never have a met a sour employee that worked there. Yes they all have days where they are running behind or something hasn't went right with equipment. Their red faced with frustration an heat but always a smile!! I give this team 100!!! My all time favorite coffee place!!

They made an error in telling me something could be made decaf when it couldn't which is no big deal it happens. What really made this starbucks stand above others was they gave me a gift card for my next coffee to make up for the error without me even asking! Great customer service!

I went to the drive-up, ordered online, and was parked on the street for a while since there were so many cars in the drive-up line—also, there were no parking spaces in the parking lot. What should have been a 2-minute pick-up turned into a 25-minute pick-up.

I went inside Starbucks because the line was long and I needed to use the lady's room. I did my order on the app and although they were so busy, I only had to wait a few minutes on my drink. It was delicious! I'm sorry but it was a holiday drink and I'm not sure on the name. It seems like it was cookie brulee or close.
