They did a good job with that, but what impressed me was how patient they were with me getting back there. I live an hour away and didn't get back there for a month due to holidays, then a big snowstorm, then rain, rain, rain. I had to ride the bike elsewhere in the city so didn't want to come in the rain. They had no complaints with storing it and answered all my emails with concern for my safety during the snowstorm.
