“ive been a logistics coordinator for 13 years this is one of the better brokers left.. .ive used this broker countless times and regardless of which rep approached me or i called theyve always been professional and honest...i cant recall one instance where i had issues with them..which is incredibly rare to say in such a problematic industry.. hats off to ownership management and everyone else working here thank you for being a refreshing light in a usually gloomy industry”
“When the movers I booked two months out did not show up, Old Dominion saved the day. Their cost was reasonable and their professionalism and customer service was unbeatable! Thank you! Highly recommend!”
“Always loved the knowledgeable staff, however, lately, nobody seems to be working there. Always felt comfortable with the tech staff, but lately there is nobody behind the counter.”
“I had to ship something in on a hectic Saturday morning and I did not have all my goats together. However, Ms Sandy was the working on the front shipping center and she helped me so much! She helped not only find my shipping label and better package my box. I even realized I forgot something in my car to go the original shipment. Ms Sandy quickly found it and helped me add it back to my order. She deserves a raise not only for her professionalism, but her kindness and helpfulness.”
“Five-Star Staff… Two-Star Parking Lot
This UPS Store really nails it when it comes to customer service. The people inside are amazing and clearly trained well. They’re friendly, fast, and know what they’re doing. I brought in seven packages and was out in under a minute. During my short time there, I counted seven employees and only five customers. That efficiency inside is the exact opposite of what happens outside.
The store sits in a cramped corner of a busy shopping strip on Willow Avenue, and getting in and out feels like a chore (see photo attached for reference). You basically have to already be heading south on Willow to even get into the lot, and once you pull in, the parking area is tight, awkwardly angled, and full of traffic from the surrounding businesses.
Between the newly opened Rock N Roll Sushi, the nail salon, HoneyBaked Ham, and everything else in that plaza, cars are coming from every direction. Walking across the lot with kids feels stressful and honestly a little unsafe.
If this store ever moved to a safer, more accessible location, it would be perfect. It would finally feel as easy to get there as it is to get help once you’re inside. A clearer entrance, wider parking spaces, and a safer path to the door would make a huge difference for families with young kids, older adults, and anyone carrying boxes.”
