You need to update your hours please. Google maps says your open until 6, we got here well before 6 and it’s closed already:( we’re super disappointed we wanted to get paint for our new house.

Recently bought paint at the Cookeville Store to paint two rental houses. First visit was OK, the second visit was not good. The guy that waited on me, re-entered me into the system and said he would give me a discount from the $95 per gallon price to $76. I bought two gallons at $76 which was the most I have ever paid for paint but the story was we are low and don't know when we will get any more. Went back same day, Saturday evening and a different guy waited on me. I had to have one more gallon of same I got that morning, he sold it to me for $62 per gallon without any bull about running low. My issue is with the first guy that sold it to me for $76. Why would he take advantage of me for a few dollars more? I have not had this issue at Lowes or other places. Do you think I will buy from this store again? Not likely. Need to train your staff to be consistent and respectful. Running low is not a good reason to price gouge someone. While he made the store or his commission, which ever may be the case, a few dollars more, he has lost you future business that would have been worth hundreds more.
