Service is always impeccable. Really appreciate the technicians bringing my car back up to a disabled parking spot near the exit so I didn't have to walk all the way back to the garage area.

Snack Bar has gone way down in service, second time in a week pizza has been cold or under cooked. Plain ice cream cup is dirty with berry juice, now they took away all the hand sanitizer wipe stations, the snack bar tables are packed tight together for no reason, plenty of room to separate the tables. I am tired of getting sick when going out, why have you given up caring about your customers health?

If you're considering a membership, do yourself a BIG favor and don't buy bulk, or get a Costco membership and make the drive to Nashville once a month instead of causing yourself the trauma of dealing with Sams in Cookeville. The Cookeville Walmart is wayyy better than Sams in every way, and you pay $0 there! There are a few products that save us $, but the inflation is crazy here just as much as anywhere. The bathrooms are always gross, a lot of staples are out of stock, the cafe is always understaffed and the pizza is usually old and nasty. I'm sure they'd blame Covid as everyone does, but I think it's just mismanagement and thinking they have everyone over a barrel because we don't have a Costco here. The main reason I decided to write this review today is that they outsourced their tire & battery center calls to India. You can no longer just walk in and get your tires rotated and balanced and talking to the poor people in India is soo painful and takes FOREVER. They obviously know nothing about the local store and try their best, but Sams you need to stop outsourcing your calls! And forget trying to talk to a manager to let them know what's not working. They'll never call back and if they do they won't do a dang thing to make much needed improvement. As soon as I can convince the rest of my family, we will be switching to the Costco in Nashville.

Please , Please, Please Don't eat their Sushi .... the owner is so dirty and Rude ( unprofessional) photos attached .. 1. she yells at her employees constantly, calling them names and cursing out daily basis.. 2. There are roaches in their sushi , because they brought in outside supplies , which was kept in their home as a backup supplies... their home was so dirty that i literally threw up ... ended up staying in hotel. I worked for them for 5 days , and had to leave after witnessing everything i saw , that can't be unseen they offered me great pay to work for them , but i refused to stay due to their bad attitude towards their employees and dirtiness... Life is not just about Money , it's all about hygiene and wellness of members... if you care about your health , please stay away from Fuji Sushi Department.

Never stop at the tire center totally wasted 11/2 hours of my life for Jeff to come tell me he could not help me.Then used horrible language that he should be ashamed of . Always been a family place to stop and we spend thousands of dollars a month here but never again and I come from a very large family and word travels fast . Think again don’t stop here. He left me stranded away from my family . It was close to his shift time to end and he got to go home to his family unlike myself . No heart here . If you need someone call Maggart’s tires super great people that truly care about their customers . Sam’s club does not care at all specifically JEFF!!

I’m a regular Sam’s shopper and a Plus member. Although I recommend Sam’s I do not recommend their tire center. Went there today to get a tire plugged (mail in center tread). I knew I needed new tires but looked online and tire I wanted was not available. I thought I’d order new tires and get nail hole plugged to hold me over. Sam’s refused to plug the tire because it needed replaced. They said it wasn’t safe. I asked was it safer to send me home with a nail in the tire and they replied “I guess so”.

Clean, always stocked with the items I am looking for at the time. Employees promptly answer questions and seem happy to help you. Checkout has self checkout options which helps when you have few items and the staffed checkouts are swamped. I'm glad to have it here in Cookeville.

I had a very rude girl today scan my receipt. She discovered that I had missed an item while paying. I gladly took the item went to pay for it and came back through the line to exit. Trying to make light of the situation I told her she probably thought I was trying to steal those $14 pajamas and I was glad she caught it. She never spoke back. Just looked at me. Both young girls never said a word as I left. They were the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered there and obviously must hate their job because they can’t even acknowledge when someone speaks to them.
