I tried several times to call and speak with a living human being to notate my card of being out of town so it doesn't get cut off while using it out of town. NEVER once did the automated system give you the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative. Needless to say after several attempts to speak with someone I was so frustrated that I decided to close my account and open an account at a more personable bank.
