Been going here for a few years now. Best gym for strength and variety anywhere near Cookeville. Biggest con is a lack of ANY fan in the cardio room. It makes cardio miserable and you definitely can’t push as hard.All in all, still best gym around Cookeville!!

Best gym in Cookeville! They have a crossfit area with all your fitness needs and a traditional weight room for auxiliary lifts.The owners are amazingly good people and keep the place running great!

The privacy is nice. We bring our students from our reentry home here most weekdays and it's great to be able to teach them how to take care of their body without having to worry about anyone gawking at them. We also love the new Bible verse on the board every day ❤

The new ownership is AMAZING! The place looks incredible and so many new pieces of equipment. Super clean, and friendly knowledgeable staff. This is the local go to gym.

They have a small women's section but you can branch out to the other areas this gym has, they have a few racketball rooms, a whole separate CrossFit training building and locker rooms with showers and a sauna !!! I really like going here, especially because it's 24/7

This is a smaller gym than the big conglomerates. But it is open 24 hours with membership, and they do have tanning beds.

You just feel like you are welcome and at home here. It’s not a commercial cookie cutter gym and that’s what I love about it. Cardio, CrossFit center, saunas, weight rooms, racquetball, tanning, they literally have everything.

Very nice staff with decent equipment. The CrossFit area is the nicest part, unfortunately it's not really climate controlled so it was a bit toasty.
