I went to this U-Haul location and was very disappointed. The U-Haul app and the representative told me I would be charged a certain amount and then I was charged double the amount they quoted. I wasn't the only one confused by being charged more than agreed. There were two other U-Haul customers there at that time also upset about the amount they were charged. The U-Haul company and that person's superior needs to look into this retail location.
