Express stop. There is no parking for semi-trucks and no overnight parking for vans. But there is a very clean shower with good water pressure. And showers are given on a rewards card. Very nice employees!

I am giving one star because there is no option for zero star. Mangaer name DJ and worker JON were very rude they said they can’t give shower to my co driver because i was fueling up at one of pumps. They want me to move the truck before giving shower to co driver and there is not even sigle parking at truck stop and at the end worker told us not come back here ever… i asked him u want us to stop fueling from pilot or what he said don’t come back to this location….. never gonna back at this disgusting place

Avoid if you're a trucker!
I stopped here to use the restroom and grab a drink. By the time I was getting ready to leave I was confronted by an obviously angry manager who claimed he had asked me to leave multiple times even though I'd never seen him nor heard any announcements on the intercom.
I get that I was parked at a diesel pump, but there's no parking at this location, and there was no traffic coming through the pumps. So there was no reason for his confrontational and aggressive attitude.
I was told to leave his property and never come back. Don't worry, I won't.

Definitely NOT a truck stop no place to park. It's nothing more than a 7/11 with a one9 sign.

Stopped in for a shower which cost me $17 and while using facilities a friend of mine that was waiting on me informed me that one of the female cashier's was leaned up against the door listening to a phone conversation I was having while in there. Very unprofessional to invade my privacy especially when I paid $17 for the shower.

Location is never open due to "short staffing". Either staff the place properly, close down, or investigate if an employee is just putting signs up so they don't have to work.

Save yourself the trouble and drive to another location! If you stop here and for some reason you have not go fuel within 5 minutes let it be a problem with a card or waiting for dispatch to approve it some lady who’s pretty rough looking with come out bobbing her head like a turtle while walking and tell you she needs you to leave because she d getting complaints when there isn’t anyone else at the store. Literally no one! Beware of the 80 year old looking turtle. Just image if she had to manage a real truck stop

Don’t stop here or get fuel here because some old blonde hair lady mid 50s will falsely come out and say she’s getting complaints about you being at the pump when no one else is around. No wonder no one stops here. The old lady needs to retire.

Never stopping again no matter how much I love their coffee! $30 in gas on card. They charged another transaction of $151on my card. CC sent alert. Trying calling no one answered. Other reviews says they charge $151 holding fee. What if someone only had $150 left on card to get home or whatever. Holding someones money for days should be ILLEGAL. Its crooked. No signs warning u either. PILOT should know better. Im going to Bukees in Crossville from now on.
