“I gave this a five star review because of the wonderful girl doing everything there. I have never seen anything like it. I was checked in and I paid a previous bill. The office was completely full of people. The front desk girl was polite and efficient. I waited about 40 minutes as other people went in. When it was my turn, the same receptionist called me back, and when I went to get my blood drawn, there was no one else there. I asked if she was by herself and she said yes. She said that she’s the only one that works there. This is not OK. There is no way that one person should be receptionist, phlebotomist, computer person, bringing people back, taking phone calls and everything else. I have never seen anything like it. She is an absolute gem. I am looking for a number to call the home office to complain about the fact that it is too much work for one person to be doing by herself. The five stars are definitely for her. I don’t know her name. As far as LabCorp, I give a one star review for making one person work doing at least three people’s job!!!!”
