I went into this gas station tonight because I won $87 on scratch off tickets. I went to the counter and said I think I win a few bucks lol. The one guy said welcome back. The Hispanic guy said where do I know you from. I said 8 years ago I was sitting in my car outside because I was homeless and had nowhere to go. He said that’s right you were drinking in the park lot. I said yes I was homeless and on drugs 8 years ago. I said I’ve been sober since 2019. He stops laughing and throws the scratch off tickets at me and says if you were band you are band. I said I was never band and it was 8 years ago. The Hispanic man is videoing me the whole time to embarrass me. (It worked) the store was filled with people and I was not only humiliated but made to feel lees than a human for a mistake I made almost a decade ago. I mean who even keeps an account of things like that? I mean if they didn’t have the $ in the drawer for the scratch off I get it but videoing a customer and humiliating them in public is a federal offense. You’ll be seeing a letter from my attorney. Btw 2019 sobriety date. God is good the store is not

The lady behind the counter is RUDE! She really should not work with people. You honestly are hurting that business. I guarantee you will have more success if that MISERABLE women is fired.

I never get all of my change back. A few weeks ago, my change was 0.08. I received a nickel back. I had to request the rest of my change to be given to me. The other day my change was 0.91. After getting home, I counted my change and had only been given 0.85. I don’t understand why my change is being kept from me. It’s mine. Not a minuscule tip you get to keep for yourself.

The girl behind the counter should not be working in customer service. I've gone here several times and after my last experience I wont be going back. It has been pretty much the same thing each time with the same employee. No communication whatsoever. Not even a response when saying hello, just a blank stare. Really bad attitude over all. Had to ask for receipt, which she handed to me like an angry child. Just bad, really bad. I'm not one to leave these types of reviews unless it is truly deserved.

I was getting a bacon biscuit and drink like I always do. Quite a few times, if I were the only one in the store, I would also ask to buy a slice of cheese. The Mexican guy with a large hole in his ear said we don't do that. Because I have had this done many times, I was confused and asked why because the other attendants do it. Instead of giving me a reason he just started calling me a liar. Even if he did not want to or could not he could have given a simple sorry we can't do that ....... and given any polite answer. I did not check this morning but I know cheese was on the menu above the cash register. VERY bad service and I will avoid this gas station.

Pumps will run past what is required in vehicle and overflow. They will not refund, and overcharge your card. Staff was nasty and rude about issue. Not to mention the pumps are filthy. Do not recommend. Go down the road to shell and save yourself a headache.

A nice place to stop to get food, drinks, and gas. They even have a drive-thru!
