Please do not shop at Lowe's. They are the worst place I have ever seen. I bought appliances there 3 month's ago and still waiting to get them. No stove to cook in, no dishwasher to wash dishes, no nothing but they had my money. I want my money back and screw Lowe's.minus 10

we had an online order that needed to be delivered to the store to be picked up. The online app showed our products have been delivered and they were ready for pick up. We ordered a fridge stove and a microwave considering they were big products. We did allow time for them to go get our products after 45 minutes of them, searching for products in the back they had told us our fridge was lost on the truck and never arrived to the store. The next day I had called to see if the fridge was there and they stated that they had had the fridge the whole time so we had to make another 45 minute drive over there to get the fridge.

Employee lied about not having a size of glass because it was his clock out time
I called home out on it and he said he would cut it then left while I was waiting on the glass cutting aisle.

Cashier was very friendly. They would not honor the price that was located in their store for an online only item. False advertising at its finest. I tried through 2 people to buy the online item while inthe store and was told there is nothing they could do. Very wrong because it is in stock online.

Women’s bathrooms smell like urine and are disgusting. The workers are mostly younger adults who have no idea how to even turn a wrench.

Absolute garbage customer service. I had a toolbox ordered for curbside pickup and it took a hour for them to find it and get it to me, after telling me that is was ready for pickup. Finally I get home and open one of the boxes and one of the sides is completely smashed in to the point that the drawers will not open. I called customer service and they to told me to bring it back for a refund I told them that I just wanted a replacement and I asked if they had another in stock before I drove all the way back (30 min trip). They told me they didn't know and would have to ask someone else, I waited on hold for another 10 mins only to be hung up on before anyone came back to the phone.
