Absolute professionals! Slipped on ice and broke my ankle (confirmed by clinic visit and hospital xrays) on a Saturday evening after their normal business hours. Within minutes of talking with their answering service, a company representative reached out and confirmed what I needed. They offered to meet at their business at 7pm so I could receive the medical device (air boot) required to keep my ankle stabilized. Followed up with me Monday morning with insurance confirmation and helped save me money! I can't thank them enough for taking care of me during my time of need. Recommend highly.

They are very helpful, bring the equipment straight to your home. Have a person on call 24/7 for your personal needs. He's very professional, goes out of his way to come help any time of the day.

Im not sure how they find their way to work.Avoid this place at all cost . Waited on them to notify me of an appointment to get some equipment. They sat on it for 3 weeks each time I called it was a different excuse. They never initiated not one call. Ridiculous.

IT'S UNBELIEVABLE HOW THESE RUDE COWS TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!They're charging me $200 for medical equipment from 2020. The bill was printed April 2022. They're saying my insurance company only recently made a decision not to pay the claim in 2022. This is a lie. I called the insurance company. The total submitted claim from Larco to the insurance company was only 51.37 and decision was made early 2021.Upon calling them and explaining the situation, the woman in the billing department rudely interrupted me. I told her if she interrupts me once more I'll hang up. She told me she'll go ahead and end the conversation now and that I'm not going to talk to her like that and to consider myself in collections and she hung up. She has no ground to put me in collections when the very bill they sent me is dated 4/28/22 and it's not not even 30 days late. Now if they had sent me the bill two years ago, this might be a different story. But even then they're trying to get money that is not owed to them. These people are crooks! They used to have a prayer circle every morning before they start working. Do they still do this? They definitely need something! These people are not Christian like. I called back numerous times and she threatened to call the police for harassing them. All I'm trying to do is work out a bill and she's obviously having a very bad day. I won't lose any sleep over this place. They're facing a legal challenge if they think they're going to get money out of me that isn't owed. I have insurance documents to show what was submitted by Larco to my insurance in 2020 and it's nowhere near $200. Good try Larco! Good try.

I went in this morning needing a cpap mask and i was in and out! They had service with a smile and didnt want to overcharge me as they gave me multiple ways to receive a discount! Im a happy customer! There was a lady and gent behind the counter, didnt catch their names but one was the director of marketing. He did a great job marketing and taking care of his customer! What a great start to a Monday morning and looking forward to a better night of sleep tonight! Thanks Larco!
