We live in sparta and shop in cookeville. We liked getting our dog food from here because they were willing to price match crooked stick in sparta. They have all of a sudden changed there minds just because they couldn't verify it online even though we had our receipt in hand.

With all of these " farm supply " companies moving in, Big r farm and home absolutely has the best prices over the competition. The first time I had ever been in there was two days ago and I was amazed at not only the selection but it seemed like every price was $1 or two cheaper than the other farm box stores. Great place, very happy!

The store is actually really well diversified to find everything from Trades, Survival, Prepping, Hunting, Leisure, Farm & Ag, Apiary, and about everything else. The only thing I hate is you have to call to see stock and items, as they dont have a website at all. They have a facebook page, but its not very informative. The other plus is free popcorn while you shop. They also have competitive prices on 80% of item, I just double check before buying, as sometimes they are quite high. Definetly a better and more friendly version of Tractor Supply clashed with Ace Hardware and Dunhams Mix.
