Can’t say enough good for these people. A 4pt. Buck jumped in front of us out of the dark causing $7500 damage to our 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. We were convinced the insurance co.wanted to total the car. The car was irreplaceable because the car was no longer made with a manual transmission. Julian’s worked it out and the repairs were completed within two weeks!

Was quoted over $13,000.,yes,$13K,to fix faulty paint job GM KNOWS EXISTS!Of course, being female, obviously there are still male shouvenists around to try to cheat us out of money! Seriously? $13K??!! I'd just buy another car. Insurance won't pay,and neither will GM. It's a known problem. Will NEVER use Julian's again. Rip off.

This has to be by far the worst body shop there is, half assed repairs, money stolen from my insurance company. I can add up to roughly $800 in just parts they were paid to replace that have no been replaced and that's not including the labor they were paid, there's parts I paid for that I was not paid back for that my insurance company paid them to replace. Bolts nuts screws and brackets missing from the repair. Not to mention 3 days after picking my car up the clutch went because someone burned it to hell. IF YOU LET THEM REPAIR YOU CAR MAKE SURE IT GETS CHECKED OUT AFTER THEY FINISH!!!! I've also been threatened by Matt Julian, yelled at, hung up on, as well as my girlfriend who is the co signer. She was told it's not her car they don't need to talk to her about it. The daughter hailey will lie to your face then up and vanish on vacation and not tell anybody there anything. All around this is a horrible body shop.

Amazing place! No matter how busy they are they remain professional and go above and beyond to have the required time for everyone. My opinion is Julian's is the best shop in town.

PAID big tow bill to have my car brought SPECIFICALLY to Julian’s. This was the worst mistake EVER.My husband picked up my car, after repairs were said to be complete, on a day that I was working. I immediately noticed a serious hobble. I called the shop and had my husband bring it back to them. They changed the wheel bearing stating that the accident may have caused a bearing to go out.Picked the car up AGAIN. Hobble still there. Call them again. Take it back up there. I tell them it sounds like it’s coming from the wheel and asked them if the wheel had been thoroughly inspected. In which the reply was “yes of course.”They call us saying they replaced the bearing AGAIN. Pick the car up. Hobble continues. Call them. “Drive it for a while to see if it straightens out.”Meanwhile, I am trying to maintain my employment and not miss yet MORE time at work.Weeks pass with no improvement. (Meanwhile I notice my headlights that were removed during repair bounces all over at night)So, I call them about both problems. I offer days that I am off to bring it up. They keep saying I need to bring it and drop it off and that they are unsure WHEN they can get to it.Finally, I have my husband take the car to Sams to check and see if maybe a belt was broken in the tire during the accident.Nope- upon inspection THE WHEEL HAD A CRACK 3/4 across and has a big dent in the wheel which should have been clearly noticed. My husband called Julian’s and tell them what we found. He speaks to Matt Julian, who then accuses me of hitting something new and trying to commit insurance fraud. Then further implied that my husband was stupid.Stupid because he had the car inspected and we called him out on his shady insurance practices?I have since taken my car and had to pay cash to get the car repaired properly. The front was not put back on properly, the headlight had only one mount holding it, the wheel had to be replaced because it was considered “highly dangerous”.I have never been treated so poorly and received such poor service ever. Bubblegum and paper clip your car back together and when you expect the results to match the cost they blame YOU.

Julian auto body does great work, but i have one issue with them. They will not order the parts until after you bring the vehicle in. And when any of the parts go on backorder your vehicle sits there for two to three weeks maybe longer until the parts arrive. This has happened to me twice now with Julian Auto Body where parts were backordered and my vehicle sat for weeks. Why can't they order the parts in advance when they know you're bringing in the vehicle and you have an appointment? It just makes sense that the parts would be ready before you bring the vehicle in and would save time to get the vehicle repaired.Services: Body & Trim
