Awesome had me I and out in no time. The week before I had stopped to see if returns were coming back Hailey said they were and was smiling. So when I came in today was happy to see her smiling face and she had time to do them while I waited. Awesome personality. Thanks again Hailey

I'm not sure why a copy of my 1040 form was not put in my paperwork from last year but now I am unable to file my taxes because Jackson Hewitt does not know why??? Folks check your paperwork before you leave!!! Also the help desk employee Ashley doesn't know shes just the call center. Nothing else. Not happy!! Will not return.....
