I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with Jimmy. Truly top notch and professional. Not only was he $1000 less than the other Cookeville Transmission shop, he was 100% more genuinely concerned with my needs. I'm doing a complete engine/transmission swap and upgrade on a Chevy Avalanche, and Jimmy even tidied things up on the back side of my engine that the engine shop left undone. In the middle of a cross-country move (towing a heavy trailer), my transmission died. These guys were able to replace the transmission and get me back on the road in 24 hours! Everything is still working well 1500 miles, and a lot of weather, later. They are good, reasonably priced, and faster than you will expect. Three thumbs up!

In the middle of a cross-country move, my transmission died. On a timetable, J&S was able to replace the transmission in less than 24 hours! (And I've had no problems in the 1500 miles since then.) I can't recommend them highly enough. These guys are good.
