“I have to give a shout out to The Technology Store! My husband crushed his cell phone. The screen was completely unusable. Even worse, he had not backed up his pictures and videos. All videos and pictures of our son. The Technology Store came to our rescue and replaced the screen. Everything works perfectly. We are so relieved! “I went to David's store because I was unsure what to do after a gentleman knocked on my door and tried to sell me a new tv service. He pressured me into signing up and I was not sure if I done the right thing. David's staff helped me out tremendously and addressed all of my concerns and even consulted with me about all of the services I have -phone, wifi and tv. They got me a much better deal and saved me money. I walked out of there knowing I put my trust in the best place in town. thanks a million.”

“I came into the spectrum to get a new number on my account and walked out smiling ear to ear because of the work that Katelyn Myers put in. She took her time finding my best option for what I was going to do. I came out a million percent higher then I ever thought would be possible! “My boyfriend and I have struggled with the home internet gateway. For the last year it would sporadically reset. I did trouble shooting with tech services. They tried hard to be helpful and sent me a new gateway. That didn’t help. I need to preface this by saying we are near a tower and half 4 bars. Great service that way.I then took it to the store on Jefferson Ave. and spoke to Marcus. He installed a new SIM card. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. We then bought a new TV thinking an upgraded tv might help. It did not. We went back to the store on Nov. 30 and spoke to Wayne and Marcus. They were so kind and went above and beyond to resolve our problem. I have been a cell customer with T Mobile for about 3 years and am glad to continue.”
